If you book with the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa water circuit:
- This offer does not offer discounts for children if you book with the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa water circuit (children under 13 years old cannot access the water circuit).
If you book only the accommodation:
- Babies from 0 to 4 years old: they travel FREE, as long as they share bed with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Children from 0 to 12 years old: the 1st child benefits from a 50% discount in his/her own bed. You will see it reflected during the booking process.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Family rooms have a small superior room surcharge already applied in the price.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people.
- Travelling with children? The maximum occupancy is 2 adults + 2 children or babies per room.
- Are you all adults? The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
- Do you want to book a single room? The price of the single room is the same as the price of the double room. This accommodation does not offer discounts for single rooms.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 15 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 2 € per person and night.
Pet Policy

Your 3-Hour Spa Experience at Sport Wellness Mountain Spa Prepare for a rejuvenating journey at the Sport Wellness Mountain Spa, a 5,000 m² sanctuary of relaxation nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees.
What's Included:
- 3 hours of access to the luxurious water circuit.
- Use of a locker, towel, and drinking water.
Age Policy:
- Access is exclusively for guests aged 13 and above.
- Guests aged 13 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult and present valid identification.
Opening Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Friday to Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Entry Guidelines:
- Last entry is at 3:00 PM.
- Arrivals after 3:00 PM incur a €18 surcharge per person.
- We recommend arriving early to fully enjoy your spa experience.

- Plastic flip-flops (available for purchase at the spa for €7)

Canillo esta a unos 10 Kms de Andorra la Vella, hay un parking de pago cerca se pueden sacar bonos de 1/2 dias por unos 15 e/ dia. El resto zona azul. Hay un bus que te lleva al centro
