Breakfast was not good enough .No salats, vegetables . It was not enough staff as plates, glasses was missing. 5.7 Montserrat Travelled with couple September 2025 The rooms are stylish but not very functional. Room cleaning is done by 3:30 pm and if you want to rest and your room hasn't been cleaned yet, you have to wait. The shower is accessed through the narrowest part, which means that the staff either don't take off their shoes or clean it with a mop. If you want to hang your towel, there is a hook inside the shower, so while you shower, it also showers. I had to leave my suitcase in front of the door and hang the towel there. No soap in the sink or in the shower. There were several hangers in the closet, but only one for trousers. Thanks to another guest who entered the wrong room, we were alerted that our door didn't close properly and they had to come to fix it. Another day the TV remote disappeared, probably due to the change of clothes. The food was quite mediocre, several dishes that seemed like appetizers and not much for main courses. Breakfasts were very complete. The staff was very good, but with some flaws, a person in the buffet mixed the fish in sauce from one tray with the meat tongs and put them back for the meat. In the spa, you enter with a key they give you, so there is no access control. The water was quite cold and several buttons didn't work. And now the best part. Supposedly when you go to a pool or spa, you wear your swimsuit and have to shower first. Well, here a swimming cap is not required and as I mentioned before, there is no staff to instructor, so our surprise was when we saw a Muslim woman fully dressed from head to toe "literally" as she was also wearing a headscarf. We are not people who complain about everything, but the truth is that the stay has not been very satisfactory.

9.4 Eva Maria Travelled with family September 2025 All the employees are super friendly. The food is very good, with a lot of variety and perfectly cooked.
What I didn't like is that the room smelled strange, we slept with the balcony door open. On the first day when they did the cleaning, I understand that they themselves noticed it and sprayed something, but in the afternoon, after the effect wore off, that bad smell returned. I would also like to mention that we found ants in the bathroom, which I understand is due to the large amount of greenery (which is appreciated) that the hotel has.

9.4 Sandra Travelled with couple September 2025 The food is very good and the spa is great, very good facilities, the pool and the garden are very nice. The price of drinks is very reasonable.
The rooms are a bit outdated and poorly lit, not very well soundproofed. You can hear a lot of noise from the elevator and the street.
