We arrived past check-in, and this was fine. I have nothing to say about breakfast or dinner since we skipped it. The room was more or less okay, nothing special. Staff is friendly, do speak some English and they do have a talking parrot as addition. Our neighborhood was surprisingly quiet but probably it's all Friday night.
Toilet is scary. Really. Even the "sanitary" bage is not making it believable.

La comida muy repetitiva, hay días q he tenido q salir fuera a comer o cenar y no por ganas, sino por no comer lo mismo a diario.
Por otro lado de los 5 días de estancia, 2 de ellos no ha funcionado la piscina, no ofreciendo el hotel ninguna compensación ante la falta de este vital servicio.

I had to go buy an air freshener and leave it on the entire stay, there is no maintenance at all, the air conditioning vent is completely surrounded by mold, not to mention that they turn it off at 9 in the morning and you don't have air until 13:30, the bathroom door wouldn't close or open, it was misaligned and coming off the frame, please don't use the bathtub, just take a shower, it's full of dampness and mold all around the edges, the little balcony could be nice but the door has no rails and opening it made a lot of noise and seemed like it was going to break. Let's move on to the pool, it's tiny, a nice space that could be enjoyable but once again, cleanliness and maintenance are lacking, you have to think twice before getting in with all the dirt on the edges and the floor, is it really that hard to keep it a little clean considering how small it is? Let's go to the dining area, very clean, the staff is very friendly, organized but please, the food, the food was between edible and terrible, many times bordering on disgusting. Every time we went, you could hear everyone complaining and hoping that at least the next meal would be a little better. Although I must say that on Saturdays they change the chef and you could at least eat something that was "okay," but everything that should be hot is cold and everything cold is hot (all the drinks). The staff is very friendly, especially a kind cleaning lady, I asked for an extra pillow and sheet and she brought them to the room right away. Oh, I almost forgot, they ask for a €10 deposit to give you the TV remote, seriously, the TV remote is what worries you... In conclusion, if it's a very, very, very good deal and you're not very picky and want to spend a few days in Benidorm without spending much money, go for it.
El hotel se quedó anclado en los 80, da lástima porque es un edificio bonito al que se le podría sacar provecho pero no, las habitaciones superan antiguas con olor entre madres y humedad, tuve que ir a comprar un ambientador y dejarlo puesto toda la estancia, o hay mantenimiento para nada, la salida de aire acondicionado toda rodeada de moho, sin contar con que a las 9 de la mañana te lo apagan y hasta la 13:30 no tienes aire, la vierta del baño no cerraba ni abría la estaba descuadrada y salida del marco, la bañera por favor no la uséis, una ducha y ya está , está llena de humedades y moho todos los bordes, el balconcito podría estar mono pero la puerta no tiene rieles y para abrirla sonaba muchísimo y parecía que se iba a partir, pasamos a la piscina es pequeñita un espacio agradable que podría ser cumplidor ahí vamos otra vez la limpieza y el mantenimiento brillan por su ausencia ara meterte te lo piensas por toda la mi&@€ que tiene en el borde y el suelo de verdad cuesta tanto tenerla un poquito limpia con lo pequeño que es???? Pasemos al comedor, muy limpio los chicos muy amables , ordenado peroooo por favor la comida , la comida estaba entre comestible y malísima muchas veces rodando lo asqueroso, cada vez que íbamos podías escuchar a todo el mundo quejarse y deseando que al menos la próxima estuviera un poquito buena, aunque he de decir que se ve que el día sábado cambian de cocinero y la verdad que a podía comer al menos “estaba bien” eso sí todo lo que debería estar caliente estaba frío y lo frío estaba caliente (todas las bebidas), el personal muy amable sobre todo una chica morena de limpieza muy amable le pedí almohada y sábana extra y enseguida me las llevó a la habitación, ahhh se me olvidaba te piden 10€ de fianza para darte el mando de la tele, en serio el mando de la tele es lo que te preocupa…. En conclusión si es una oferta muy muy muy buena y no eres muy escrupuloso y quieres pesar unos días en Benidorm sin apenas gastar dinero píllalo.
