Disfrutar de los diferentes lugares de la isla es lo que más me ha gustado.
The food is very poor. The rooms need renovation because they are old. We had hundreds of ants in the room. The air conditioning did not work in our friends' room. The drink service at the bar was bad because we had to insist several days with multiple managers to get a glass for the drinks, instead of a tube glass. I do not recommend it.

El sistema del todo incluido, te dan dos vasos de PVC en la recepción para el todo incluido en el bar de la piscina, que con cada consumición los cambian y cuando abandonas la piscina te los llevas limpios se devuelven al acabar la estancia en recepción, si no llevas el vaso a la piscina te cuesta 1 €. y si no lo devuelves también, un muy buen sistema de reciclaje.

En relación calidad-precio ninguna queja, que hecho nos tocó una habitación en la que había bastante ruido del extractor de la cocina y nos cambiaron a otra sin nigún problema.

Las vistas desde la habitacion me han encantado, tanto las vistas al mar como a la montaña.
La zona de la piscina esta muy guapa. Pero no abren cada dia el bar de la piscina, y has de ir a la planta -1 al bar del sótano a buscarte una bebida y volver a subir. Decian que era segun el tiempo. Pero han habido dias de sol con gente en la piscina y el bar cerrado!
Todo el personal del hotel es amable.
The ALL INCLUSIVE is not ALL INCLUSIVE! The cocktails included are cheap and bad! Every day they offer you a cocktail of the day for free (mojito for example), but the next day it will cost you 6€ because it is not the cocktail of the day! It seems to me an abuse!
The food is very repetitive. The breakfast is varied, but every morning is the same! At each meal the fries, pizza and hamburger/hot dog are repeated. The hamburger meat is very bad. There is always some soup, some stew and vegetables. But it seems that the cook doesn't taste what he cooks because some days it was inedible. For example, the pasta of the fideua was overcooked, the chickpeas of the stew were hard.... Lucky for the salads that are always there and the fresh fruit, which is always there... ....
I missed the EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil! The one they have is not extra virgin!

Eso de TODO INCLUIDO no es TODO TODO! Los cocktails que te incluyen son de los baratos y malos! Cada dia te ofrecen un cocktail del dia gratis (mojito por ejemplo), pero ya al dia siguiente te saldria por 6€ porque ya no es el cocktail del dia! Me parece un abuso!
La comida es muy repetitiva. El desayuno es variado, pero cada mañana es lo mismo! En cada comida se repiten las patatas fritas, pizza y hamburguesa/hot dog. La carne de la hamburguesa es muy mala. Siempre hay algo de sopa, algun guiso y verdura. Pero parece que el cocinero no prueba lo que cocina porque hay dias que era incomible. Por ejemplo, la pasta de la fideua pasada de coccion, los garbanzos del potaje duros... Suerte de las ensaladas que siempre estan y la fruta fresca, que sino....
He hechado en falta el aceite de oliva VIRGEN EXTRA! El que ellos tienen no es virgen extra!
Otra cosa muy mala es el café que tienen. Las maquinas de café hacen un café malissimo, el peor que he probado nunca.
Los snacks que ofrecen en el bar son hamburguesa o hotdog y patatas fritas frias! O pan de molde con queso y jamon dulce! Por lo menos si estuviera bueno!
Las duchas tienen un trozo de mampara de cristal, pero se sale mucha agua a fuera y se queda todo el baño mojado!
La moqueta de los pasillos huelen mal!
Las ventanas y las puertas no aislan nada del ruido exterior, se escucha absolutamente todo todo y por la noche me despertaba a menudo!

Entras con mal cuerpo por la mala atención y encima mi pareja y yo tuvimos que separar a dos clientes pegándose, en la piscina, un inglés absolutamente borracho y amenazándonos TUVE QUE LLAMAR A LA POLICÍA POR MIEDO A QUE NOS PEGARA, el camarero lo estaba pasando fatal y subí a recepción les dije lo que ocurría y la actitud de ellos fue como si lloviera…LA SEGURIDAD DE LOS CLIENTES EN EL HOTEL ES COMPETENCIA DEL DIRECTOR Y ES MUY GRAVE.mi habitación fue la 632, pero este hecho jodio las vacaciones a una parejita joven de Salamanca.

tiene una discoteca en la ultima planta del hotel con la musica a tope de 17.00h a 01.00 de la madrugada, lo que conlleva no poder ni dormir, además de luego tener que aguantar a todos los borrachos que salen dando voces, no es nada recomendable para viajar en familia.
