Todo el hotel está muy bien, habitaciones amplias y limpias. La comida está exquisita, y el buffet genial, pero sin duda alguna lo mejor es el personal, son súper atentos y amables, te ayudan en todo e intentan darte todas las facilidades posibles. Rubén, un encanto. Es un sitio para volver.

Lo único cómodo la cama.
They advertise a hotel away from mass tourism when in fact it is a hotel that is what it houses, it is not at all quiet, at night you can hear absolutely everything, the doors do not close properly, they accommodated us on the 5th floor and the elevator only goes up to the 4th floor, in the fridge we found a carton of milk from the previous guests... the room was so small that we couldn't unpack our suitcases, the chef at breakfast did not speak Spanish. The car park (check rates at reception) is a bit economical and is a 20-minute walk away in a fairly dim and unsettling area. The booking was from Saturday to Saturday and we left on Tuesday, choosing another hotel.
Anuncian un hotel alejado del turismo de masas cuando precisamente es un hotel que es lo que aloja, no es nada tranquilo , por las noches se oye absolutamente todo,las puertas no sellan bien, nos alojaron en una 5planta y el ascensor solo llega hasta las 4, en la nevera nos encontramos un brick de leche de los anteriores huéspedes…la habitación era tan pequeña que no pudimos deshacer las maletas, el cocinero en el desayuno no hablaba español. El parking de pago un poco económico está a 20 minutos andando por una zona bastante poco iluminada e intranquila. La reserva era de sábado a sábado y nos marchamos el martes cogiendo otro hotel.

I didn't like it when the girl at the bar answered me with "eh?" When I asked for a cortado in Catalan (there are a thousand ways to express that you don't understand my language even if you are working in Catalonia). I have no problem speaking Spanish.

No me gustó que la chica del bar me contestara con un "eh?" Cuando oe pedí un cortado en catalán. (Hay mil maneras de expresar que no entiendes mi idioma aunque estés trabajando en Catalunya). No tengo problema en hablar en Español.
Vi como un camarero del turno desayuno habría el recipiente del zumo y con un vaso sacaba algo de ahí volviendo a cerrar de nuevo. ( Poco higiénico por su parte .. podría haberlo llevado dentro para hacer ésto o desecharlo todo.
Aparcamiento lejos pero no es problema para nosotros

La comida del buffet de muy buena calidad, personal muy amable y atento, las habitaciones en fotos se veían mucho más amplias y mejor (aunque no estaban mal), el hotel está céntrico y no se tarda mucho en llegar a los sitios.

Déco récente. Magnifique hôtel !! Les repas du restaurant, un régal !! Varié et de bonne qualité. Personnel agréable.
À proximité de tout : plage, commerces, bars, boîtes de nuits, visites à pied. Il y a de quoi s’occuper sans voiture
Climatisation appréciée
Un soft gratuit avec un ticket donné
Pas de parking, voir un peu plus loin pour payer moins cher car il y en 2 à la sortie de l’hôtel mais 150€ la semaine
Outside a bit noisy as it is in the city center but the windows isolate very well! There is a quiet side but the view is less great (courtyard and a car park)
The pool is a bit small but deserves credit for cooling, not much space for sunbathing lying down and quickly shaded area (around 4:30 pm in early August)
No drinks are included with Half Board but not water (€2.2 bottle 70cl)
Extérieur un peu bruyant vu que c’est en plein centre ville mais les fenêtres isolent super bien ! Il y a un côté calme mais la vue est moins terrible ( cour et un garage)
La piscine est un peu petite mais à le mérite de rafraîchir, pas beaucoup de place pour se faire bronzer allongé et endroit vite à l’ombre (env 16:30 début août)
Aucunes boissons est incluse dans la démi pension mais pas l’eau (2,2€ btl 70cl)
