Pet Policy

algunas valoraciones no eran buenas, sobretodo de la comida del buffet libre, y me hizo dudar si comprar este cholo. Mi valoración es muy positiva, personal super agradable un 10 para ellos, instalaciones bien, una piscina cubierta, una exterior, zona spa (se paga a parte), entorno muy tranquilo. La comida del buffet correcta, hay variedad y van reponiendo.
Maybe in order to be a 4-star, the soundproofing of the rooms can be improved.

L'habitació és àmplia i còmode. La ubicació és ideal per desconnectar. L'spa és correcte i la piscina també. El personal és molt amable. Hi ha lloc per aparcar davant de l'hotel.
I think that in a hotel of this range, the food, even if it is a buffet, should have a bit more quality.

Ha sido sin duda alguna, un acierto ir a este hotel, un entorno increíble en la montaña, el alojamiento es precioso, la piscina exterior muy limpia y bonitas vistas, la de dentro preciosa también. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras. Y el personal muy amable y profesional. Repetiremos.
The only thing I would say that should be improved is the issue with the buffet dinner, as if products run out, they are not replenished, so you end up having to go to dinner early, and the same for breakfast, as at 9:45 there was hardly anything left. It's the only thing like that to improve.

La comida para los adultos y el entorno.
Very little variety of food designed for children. At reception, they lend you a pool towel, but they do not allow free daily change, you have to pay 2€ per towel, the same towel has to be for the entire stay if you do not want to pay. In the room, there are no additional towel hooks to hang them for drying.
Muy poca variedad de comida pensada para niños.
En rececpción te prestan una toalla de baño de piscina, pero no te permiten cambio diario gratuito, se tiene que abonar 2€ por toalla la misma toalla tiene que ser para toda la estancia si no quieres pagar. En la habitación no hay colgadores de toallas adicionales para ponerlas a secar.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa! La ubicación era perfecta para relajarse y el personal del hotel nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones estaban limpias, eran espaciosas y contaban con todas las comodidades necesarias. Hotel que necesita una reforma total, està todo bastante deteriorado y antiguo. Entre las habitaciones y el pasillo se escucha todo mucho. Las ventanas exteriores de la habitación no ajustan bien y no tiene doble cristal, lo que hace que se escuche mucho todo lo exterior.
