Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Children from 0 to 4 years old travel FREE.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old
- From June 21 to September 11:
- 1st will have a 75% discount and, 2nd, a 50% discount with Half Board
- From September 12 to 30:
- If the stay is during the week: the 1st and 2nd travel free with Half Board
- If the stay is during the weekend and of 3 nights or more: the 1st and the 2nd travel free with Half Board
- If the stay is during the weekend and of 1 or 2 nights: the 1st will have a 75% discount and the 2nd a 50% discount with Half Board
- From June 21 to September 11:
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- If you are travelling on Full Board: children from 5 to 12 years old will enjoy the discount mentioned above. However, they will pay a surcharge corresponding to the Full Board rate. During the checkout process you will see that the surcharge is automatically applied.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) is applied. For example: if you travel from June 20 to June 26, children over 5 years old will not travel free, they will travel with the relevant discount according to the regime.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- Travelling with children? Maximum capacity per room is 2 adults + 2 children/babies .
- It is not possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children + 1 infant in the same room. The accommodation does not allow exceptions.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 3 adults.
- Travelling with children? Maximum capacity per room is 2 adults + 2 children/babies .
- The surcharge for the single room is approximately 26€ per night and room, you will see it reflected during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.

Hotel godny polecenia, personel miły pomocny, pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane dużo atrakcji możliwość korzystania z aquaparku super dla dzieci. Ogółem wrażenia bardzo pozytywne

El parque acuático a tan solo unos pocos metros del hotel ha sido sin duda lo que más hemos disfrutado, ideal para familias. Las zonas infantiles y de adultos bien delimitas y personal amable
La comida deja mucho que desear, así como el aspecto antiguo de las habitaciones . Para ser un hotel de 4* habría que mejorar sobretodo estos dos aspectos

No había calefacción en la habitación , la mesa estaba rota
Las camas muy incómodas y sonaban mucho,
No dejaban meter el coche en el parking xq eran para el hotel principal, apezar de q en la reserva ponia parking incluido,
La cerradura de la habitación estaba rota y la cerradura de la entrada tambien estaba rota, para cerrar tenías q empezar con fuerza, sino no cerraba.

Ha sido una noche pero ha estado muy bien, pensión completa en el centro y con acceso a parque acuático. Empezamos cenando y acabamos comiendo al día siguiente.
No me ha gustado el check out a las 10, no sé pq no dejan hasta las 12, últimamente en cuesta brava no te dejan entrar hasta las 14 o 16 y te echan a las 10

Nos tocó una habitación bastante nueva y vistas a la piscina. La comida del restaurante estaba buena y variada.
Creía que en un 4 estrellas habría churros en el desayuno o tortitas, y no lo había, solo tortilla.
La limpieza de la habitación muy justa.

Los niños has disfrutado muchísimo de los toboganes y de las piscinas, la zona acuática infantil es ideal, muy divertido. El acceso a los toboganes es rápido, solo hay que subir una cuesta y cruzar la calle, los empleados amabilisimos, muy buena gente. El hotel en general está muy cerca de la playa, y Lloret tiene mucho ambiente... muchos turistas... hemos viajado en septiembre y sin agobios, genial.
Lo único que podría mejorar es la variedad del restaurante, la comida estaba muy rica pero nos resultava un poco repetitivo... pero aún así es recomendable.

La amabilidad de los trabajadores, las instalaciones están bastante bien y la ubicación y limpieza correcta.
The plastic spoons... my almost two-year-old son broke the spoon while eating yogurt and started to vomit, he almost swallowed a piece of plastic. They told me that apparently they disappear and decided to use plastic spoons. Also plastic cups. It seems like a waste to me, especially when they advise not to wash towels daily for the sake of the environment... the buffet could be improved perhaps.
Las cucharillas de plástico... mi hijo pequeño de casi dos años se le partió la cucharilla al comer yogur y empezó a devolver, casi se trata un cacho de plástico. Me dijeron que al parecer les desaparecen y decidieron poner cucharillas de plástico. También vasos de plástico. Me parece un derroche además, cuando luego aconsejan no echar a lavar las toallas a diario por el medio ambiente... el buffet se podría mejorar quizás.

The indoor pool lacks cleanliness and the adjacent toilets cause a bad smell.
