El hotel calidad precio está bien, las habitaciones correctas. Destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del chico de animación de la piscina que en todo momento estuvo pendiente y nos ofreció todo para jugar en la piscina .
Destacar al chico que te recibía el sábado en el comedor , tuvimos un problema con el personal del bar ya que éramos una familia de 18 personas que celebramos cumpleaños y simplemente necesitábamos cucharas para el pastel ya no digo platos porque se hicieron los locos y este chico amablemente no los solucionó. Ole por el , eso es saber estar cara al público.
La comida muy floja, y el personal excepto algunos , tendrían que dar un curso de educación.

El servicio en el buffet. Hasta te "pedían"dejar el bolso en la entrada...eso sí sin vigilancia no sea que te fueras a llevar algo....
La zona de ensaladas por decir algo...ni cebolla
El pescado...un platito para que no dijéramos que no había.....
El personal del bufet podía ser un poco más simpático. El encargado del buffet si que lo era, ya podían aprender un poco, la verdad.
La animación tenía dos grupos Uno de ellos parecían 2 estatuas que no animaban ni en el bingo, el otro con Miguel maravilloso, simpático y muy profesional Un 10 a este chico.

Somos clientes habituales del hotel. Hace un año aprox que no lo visitamos y la verdad que ha empeorado muchísimo, no volveremos. Muy poca variedad de comida, escasez de comida, algunos alimentos en mal estado. Animación muy justita, no tiene nada que ver con la animación de años atrás. Personal en general, poco amable y no ofrecen soluciones. Precio desorbitado para los servicios ofrecidos. Mala experiencia, no repetiremos.

No nos llegaba el wifi y poca variedad de comida. En la habitación solo nos dieron una toalla por persona ni toalla de manos teníamos. La cortina de la ducha estaba rota y no había. La piscina muy bien y el servicio de la gente muy amable.

Las vistas desde la habitación y el personal amable
The food was terrible, there was no variety and they served things from other days.
Too much noise, and there is no attentive staff for it.
The power went out, the water ran out just on the day of check-out and the elevators were not working. They were not able to assign someone from the staff to help the different families that were coming down with suitcases that day.
The hotel is very run-down, the bathroom constantly leaks water, in short... I WILL NEVER RETURN.
La comida fatal, no había variedad y sacaban cosas de otros días.
Demasiado ruido, y no hay personal atento para ello.
Se fue la luz, el agua justo el día de salida y no funcionaban los ascensores. No fueron capaces de poner a alguien del personal a ayudar a las diferentes familias que bajábamos con maletas ese día.
El hotel está muy deteriorado, el baño tira agua constantemente, en fin… NO VOLVERÉ JAMÁS
