Es un concepto de edificios pequeños con apartamentos, una mini ciudad con sus servicios: piscina, restaurante, cafetería, zonas de paseo...
Apartamento limpio, con terraza, comida variada. La ubicación no es muy buena, hay que coger el coche para ir a la playa.
The dining room looked like an amusement park for children, the waiters didn't enforce any kind of order and neither did the parents. Grabbing food with their hands, throwing it on the floor, doing as they pleased... Exaggerated. They also allowed dogs and some owners brought them into the dining room without anyone objecting, just as they could roam freely in the main areas without being told anything. Very undisciplined staff in following rules.
El comedor parecía un parque de atracciones para los niños, los camareros no ponían ningún tipo de orden y los padres menos. Cogiendo la comida con las manos, tirándola al suelo, ellos solos campando a sus anchas... Exagerado.
También admiten perros y algunos dueños los metían al comedor sin que nadie pusiera objeción, igual que podían estar sueltos por las zonas comunes sin que se les dijera nada.
Personal muy poco disciplinado en cumplir normas.

Las vistas desde la piscina son muy bonitas
The whole complex lacks maintenance. The apartment walls, cushions, and sofas are dirty with stains. The bathroom door handle is broken, and there is a horrible smell as soon as you enter the apartment. We asked if they could change our room because we were given one on the ground floor, and reception replied that it was the range we had booked. I have booked with Busco un deal before, and the experience was good; they did not treat us differently! I hope this experience does not repeat itself if we book with this provider again.
Le falta mantenimiento a todo el complejo. Paredes del apartamento sucias al igual que cojines y sofás con manchas. Roto el pomo de la puerta del baño y un olor horrible nada más entrar en el apartamento.
Pedimos si nos podían cambiar porque nos tocó en un bajo y nos respondieron desde recepción que era la categoría que se había contratado. He reservado otras veces con Busco un chollo y la experiencia fue buena no nos trataron diferentes!!! Espero que esta experiencia no se repita si volvemos a contratar con este buscador.

Scanty kitchenware, for example, no hairdryer, clothes iron, no hand soap in the bathrooms, etc. Regarding food, the buffet is very basic and there is little variety, and in general, I consider it a pretty good resort but it lacks maintenance in rooms, gardening, a lot of overall cleaning. And therefore, it does not give a good image and needs a good facelift in all aspects.
Ubicación alejada, ya que necesitas coger el coche para todo. El recinto es muy grande para moverse dentro de él. Respecto los apartamentos, muy sucios, los servicios son nulos (no han cambiado toallas, sábanas ni han dado papel higiénico). El menaje escaso, por ejemplo no hay secador, plancha de ropa, no hay jabón de manos en los lavabos,etc.Respecto la comida, el buffer muy básico y hay poca variedad y en general considero que es un resort bastante bueno pero le falta mantenimiento en habitaciones, jardinería, mucha limpieza en general. Y por ello no da una buena imagen y necesita un buen lavado de cara en todos los aspectos.

Había actividades para los más pekes y adultos.
"My room was not entirely clean, the balcony and the bathroom were dirty. They only gave you 1 change of sheets and towels but you had to buy toilet paper yourself. And about the food... all fried and almost always the same... salad, omelette, hamburgers, French fries, pizzas... unhealthy food. You have to pay for outdoor car park since the complex is large and if you leave the car outside it is far away and sometimes you have to wait for someone to leave to park. Location... bad... far from everything and you need a car. Pool... very crowded. People occupy the umbrellas/sunbeds from early in the morning and it's already difficult to get one. Mi habitación no estaba del todo limpia,el balcón y el baño estaban sucios.
Habían hormigas por todos lados,informe a recepción,vinieron a echar un producto para eliminar las hormigas y no hizo absolutamente nada.
Te daban solo 1 cambio de sábanas y toallas pero el papel higiénico y lo tenías que comprar tú.
Y de la comida...todo fritos y casi siempre lo mismo...ensalada,tortilla,hamburguesas, patatas fritas,pizzas...comida poco saludable.
Tienes que pagar parking al aire libre ya que el complejo es grande y si dejas el coche fuera te pilla lejos y encima había veces que tenías que esperar que se fuera alguien para aparcar.
Ubicación...mala...te pilla lejos de todo y necesitas coche.
Piscina...muy saturada. La gente ocupa las sombrillas/hamacas desde primera hora de la mañana y ya es difícil coger una.
No creo que repita.

Facilities that should be improved. The water jet in the pool was not working. Poor cleanliness in the apartments. The minimum age for children to participate in Mini Club activities is 4 years. I didn't like that they left out my 3-year-old and 11-month-old daughter, and she missed out throughout the entire stay. These are holidays, there shouldn't be absurd rules.

La piscina pequeña para la gran cantidad de gente que hay, muy poca sombra, el complejo enorme y las habitaciones algunas a 500m, hay que tener ganas de andar.. (y eso no lo especifican cuando reservas..) , la limpieza justita y el buffet aburre, justito tambien. No ha estado mal, pero ni repito ni lo recomiendo.

Lo mejor, la tranquilidad en el apartamento, bien acondicionado.
Nuestro alojamiento estaba en planta baja y teníamos acceso directo al jardín, muy bien equipado con mesa comedor, cuatro sillas y dos tumbonas.
De la cocina hicimos poco uso porque estábamos alojados en media pensión, pero parecía estar bien equipada. Lo mejor, la cajita que te ponen con tu estropajo nuevo, yo soy bastante escrupulosa en ese sentido y me gustó el detalle. Deberían hacer lo mismo con la balleta, poner una nueva a estrenar.
El comedor bien, había bastante gente pero no había que esperar mesa ni muchas colas.
El personal en general correcto y agradable.
El mini market está bien, los precios un poco altos pero entiendo que es para hacer uso de él en caso de desavío.
We arrived on Friday and, after the check-in time was at 16:00, which seems super late to me, we had to wait for almost an hour without being able to leave the apartment because the door leading to the garden did not close properly and could be opened from the outside, so we couldn't leave our belongings securely.
On the other hand, there were four of us staying in the apartment and we only had bedding for three and towels for two. We had to ask for more sets of both things, I believe it should have been planned ahead having made the booking in advance for that number of people.
The apartment is fine, although I don't see the one-bedroom apartment for four people as practical, even though it is offered because it has two sofa beds. The cleanliness... well, the walls throughout the apartment were very dirty with scuff marks, there were hairs not removed from the bathtub, dust bunnies under the bed, and the garden was very dirty with cigarette butts.
When we were in the garden, sometimes a bad smell would come, probably coming from the drains. There were a couple of them outside, very visible and quite poorly sealed.
On the other hand, our apartment was very far from the pool area, dining room, ... so we had to take a good walk every time we wanted to access those areas.
The bathroom was fine although the trash can didn't have a pedal and had to be opened by hand.
The worst part, the car, you have to use it for everything.
The pools were overcrowded, I think they are too small for the number of rooms the complex has. And there were no sun loungers available, there were guests who had to lay towels on the ground due to lack of sunbeds. In addition, the adult-only pool had greenish water. Unfortunately, the sight of people queuing at the pool opening time and, once inside, frantically throwing towels on the sun loungers to reserve a spot.
The worst part was the entertainment, they usually set up at the pool next to the dining area and the noise is unbearable. On the first night, we were having dinner and there was a pool party, with very loud music that didn't allow us to enjoy the meal.
The food was average, medium-low quality.
One day when we returned from breakfast around ten o'clock, we found the garbage truck inside the complex, a bit unpleasant to be honest.
Overall, it's okay but I wouldn't repeat the experience.
Llegamos el viernes y, después de que la hora de entrada es a las 16:00, que me parece súper tarde, tuvimos que estar esperando casi una hora sin poder salir del apartamento porque la puerta que daba al jardín no cerraba bien y se podía abrir desde fuera, por lo que no podíamos dejar nuestras pertenencias de forma segura.
Por otro lado, éramos cuatro personas las que nos alojábamos en el apartamento y sólo teníamos ropa de cama para tres y toallas para dos. Tuvimos que pedir más juegos de ambas cosas, considero que debía haber estado previsto habiendo hecho la reserva con antelación para ese número de personas.
El apartamento está bien, aunque el de una habitación para cuatro personas no lo veo práctico, a pesar de que lo ofertan porque tiene dos sofás cama. La limpieza...bueno, las paredes de todo el apartamento estaban muy sucias de rozones, en el baño había pelos sin retirar de la bañera, pelusas debajo de la cama y el jardín muy sucio con colillas.
Cuando estábamos en el jardín algunas veces se venía un mal olor, probablemente procedente de las arquetas. Había un par de ellas fuera, muy a la vista y bastante mal selladas.
Por otro lado, nuestro apartamento estaba muy alejado de la zona de piscinas, comedor,..., por lo que había que dar un buen paseo cada vez que queríamos acceder a dichas zonas.
El baño bien aunque la papelera no tenía pedal y había que abrirla con la mano.
Lo peor, el coche, tienes que hacer uso de él para todo.
Las piscinas estaban masificadas, creo que se quedan pequeñas para el número de habitaciones que tiene el complejo. Y no había tumbonas disponibles, había huéspedes que habían tenido que tender las toallas en el suelo por falta de hamacas. Además, la que es sólo para adultos tenía el agua verdosa. Lamentablemente el espectáculo de las personas haciendo cola a la hora de apertura de la piscina y, una vez dentro, tirando como locos toallas por las tumbonas para reservar sitio.
Lo peor la animación, suelen ponerse en la piscina que está junto al comedor y el ruido es insoportable. La primera noche estuvimos cenando y había una pool party, con música muy estridente que no nos permitió disfrutar de la cena.
La comida normal, calidad media -baja.
Uno de los días que volvíamos del desayuno sobre las diez nos encontramos con el camión de la basura en el interior del complejo, un poco desagradable la verdad.
En general está bien pero no repetiría.
