About the Carthaginian Thermal Baths
You’ll enjoy daily access to the Carthaginian Thermal Baths, a space created for complete relaxation. The circuit includes four pools at different temperatures with cervical, lumbar and counter-current jets designed to relieve tension and stimulate circulation.
- The approximate duration of the circuit is 20 to 25 minutes, the perfect time to disconnect and recharge.
About the wellness & spa area
Discover the renovated wellness area with daily access to a complete relaxation circuit designed for body and mind. It includes facilities such as a Jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam bath and ice well.

La Manga del Mar Menor: where two seas meet
What is now one of Spain’s most popular holiday destinations was once nothing more than a strip of dunes and wild sandbanks. In La Manga, you can literally walk with a different sea on each side.

El todo incluido y estar cerca de la playa
The hotel claims to be four stars, but it could easily be just two. The rooms are terrible and really old, straight out of the 80s, plus there was so much noise it was barely possible to get any rest in the mornings.
The entertainment was awful, both for kids and by the pool.
At meal times, it ends up feeling like you’re queuing at a soup kitchen, and the food is just standard basic three-star hotel fare.
The only good thing is that it’s right on the beachfront. The hotel really needs a makeover and should hire more qualified and friendlier staff.
There’s no way I would ever come back to this hotel.

The hotel had no record of any of the options I selected on Jump2spain.com for the room:

This year, compared with previous years at the same hotel, we noticed there was less product variety (previous years there were plain and chocolate donuts at breakfast; this year there were none. They always served paella and fideuà before; this year there was paella but fideuà only one day…).
Another aspect we did not like, from an image point of view, was that if the breakfast service finished at 10:30 they would start clearing and removing food from one area at 09:55.
The water park elements were not working correctly and needed more water pressure.
In the evenings, I would add some live music or something similar in the all-inclusive area.
Also, when the all-inclusive food service at the beach bar ends, I would include a small bowl of snacks with drinks: crisps, nuts, sweets...

Otro aspecto que no nos ha gustado, de cara a la imagen, ha sido que si el servicio de desayuno acababa a las 10.30 a las 9.55 comenzaban a recoger y retirar los alimentos de una de las zonas.
Los elementos de la fiesta del agua, no funcionaban correctamente, necesitaban más presión de agua.
Por la noche, añadiría algo de música en vivo o similar a la zona del todo incluido.
También, cuando acaba el servicio de alimentos de todo incluido del chiringuito, daría con las consumiciones un pequeño cuenco de snack: patatas fritas, frutos secos, gominolas...
Otra opción que plantearía es el tener detalles con los huéspedes que repiten una y otra vez, por ejemplo, un pequeño descuento, una habitación con vistas al mediterráneo... algo símbolo que no les cueste mucho pero que el huésped sienta que valoran el que repita.
