Me volvió a pasar, vi los comentarios y no sabía que hacer, afortunadamente decidí viajar a este hotel y fue un acierto al 100%.
Leí comentarios malos y la verdad, creo que eran muy desafortunados, el hotel es precioso, el personal encantador, el trato inmejorable y las instalaciones de 10.

El personal muy bien, el hotel es bonito y las habitaciones no están mal, amplias y con camas cómodas. El desayuno bastante bien. El restaurante Italo muy bien. La terraza de la azotea genial y buenos precios en cócteles.
The facilities were regular, in the spa half of the things were not working and it is small, if there are many people, it's better not to go. In the outdoor pool, one step of the ladder was broken and it was dangerous because you could get cut, only two of the hydro massage loungers were working and none of the water jets inside the pool were working. The hotel is generally fine but it is not a 5*.
Las instalaciones regular, en el spa no funcionaban la mitad de las cosas y es pequeño, si hay mucha gente mejor no ir. En la piscina exterior un escalón de la escalera estaba roto y era peligroso porque te podías cortar, las hamacas de hidromasaje solo funcionaban dos y los chorros de dentro del agua no funcionaban ninguno. El hotel en general bien pero no es un 5*.

Hemos tenido la suerte de poder disfrutar del Spa y la piscina para nosotros solos ya que no había mucha gente en el hotel. El personal del hotel es muy amable y educado.
I would change certain aluminum pieces in the bathrooms, as they are broken or rusty, we do not use the Jacuzzi bathtub in the room because of this. Also, the showerhead had a lot of accumulated limescale, it doesn't cost much to clean it either...
cambiaría ciertas piezas de aluminio de los baños, ya que se encuentran rotas u oxidadas, la bañera jacuzzi de la habitación no lo usamos por esto mismo. Además la alcachofa de la ducha tenía mucha cal acumulada, eso tampoco cuesta tanto limpiarlo...

The hotel's location is the only thing that lowers its score, if you go by car it is worth it, otherwise cabs can be expensive.
