El hotel nos ha encantado todo muy limpio,apartamentos amplios y sin faltar detalle.El buffet muy muy bueno siempre con variacion de comida no era para nada repetitivas.La animacion estupenda para repetir 100%
Just mention that in my apartment the shower tray didn't drain the water, the hairdryer was burnt, the closet doors were stuck, and the air conditioning cooled very little. But when I reported it at reception, a maintenance guy came up within 10 minutes, fixed everything, and left it perfect. So, it's not a negative thing, just to highlight that the staff does an excellent job.
Solo mencionar que mi apartamento el plato de ducha no tragaba el agua,el secador estaba quemado,las puertas del armario atrancadas y el aire enfriaba poco pero fue avisar en recepcion y alos 10 minutos subio un chico de mantenimiento que lo arreglo todo y lo dejo perfecto,osea no es nada negativo solo recalcar que el personal hace un trabajo excelente.

Ambiente familiar y trato agradable
The apartment was very spacious, perfect during the day because you are close to everything, but at night the performance took place just a few metres away and in the room facing the hallway, it was impossible to sleep until it ended. They would finish at 1 o'clock, but the kids wanted to sleep before that. We solved it by putting both beds in the other bedroom.
El apartamento era muy espacioso, por el día ideal porque estás cercas de todo, pero por la noche la actuación se realizaba a escasos metros y en la habitación que daba al pasillo no se podía dormir hasta que terminaban.
A la 1 cortaban, pero los niños antes de esa hora ya querían dormir.
Lo solucionamos metiendo las dos camas en el otro dormitorio
