Nos ha encantado!! Tienen un maravilloso equipo de animación con una energía estupenda, tienen actividades durante todo el día. El Chiqui Park también maravilloso, donde los niños pueden jugar y también relajarse dibujando y con las manualidades y actividades que preparan.
Las instalaciones están bastante bien tienen de todo y la ubicación es muy buena.
La comida está bastante buena, es cierto que es más o menos lo mismo, variando los acompañamientos, pero está todo rico y en cantidad, mis hijos se han puesto morados de pizza que son artesanas y muy ricas, algunas noches ponían una esquina especial con multitud de quesos o para hacer kebab, en general hemos comido estupendamente.
I would improve the towels, they don't dry!! The truth is they are horrible, we ended up drying ourselves with the hair dryer or in the air. The bathroom in our room was quite uncomfortable, it had a bathtub with just a curtain in front, so all the water leaked out, both from the side and from where the shower is located, as it has a sort of little wall to leave things on and the water splashes out leaving huge puddles!! It had a bidet and only a sink without space to leave things. So the bathroom needs a renovation because the room seemed renovated (later we found out that the other buildings had renovated bathrooms, I understand that they will renovate the bathrooms in the Miró building in the future). Another thing that could be improved is the check-in and check-out process, you check in at 3pm, if you arrive early you have to wait a long time to access your room (I understand it's for organizing cleaning but when you have young children the wait feels eternal) and check-out is at 11, when you have that day's meal included, and you can be in the pools and other facilities but in our case, with very young children, it was difficult because they wanted to "rest" in bed, I suppose for families with older children or without children, this is not a problem. And as always, the issue of sun loungers!! But that's not the hotel's fault but the people's, there were hundreds of sun loungers and by 8 am they were all taken with towels, so we had to settle for the pool bar chairs the whole week.
Mejoraría las toallas, no secan!! La verdad son horribles, nosotros nos terminábamos de secar con el aíre del secador o al aire.
El baño de nuestra habitación nos resultó bastante incómodo, tenía bañera con cortina tan solo por delante, por lo que se salía toda el agua, tanto por el lateral como por donde está situada la ducha ya que tiene una especie de murete para dejar cosas y rebota el agua por lo que sale toda fuera dejando charcos enormes !! Tenia bidé y ten solo lavabo sin espacio para dejar las cosas. Vamos que el baño necesita una reforma porque la habitación de veia reformada (posteriormente nos enteramos que los otros edificio tenían los baños reformados, entiendo que en un futuro reformarán los del edificio Miró).
Otra cosa en que mejoraría es la entrada y salida, entras a las 15h si llegas temprano tienes que estar esperando mucho para poder acceder a tu habitación (entiendo que es por organizar la limpieza pero al ir con peques la espera se hace eterna) y la salida es a las 11, cuando tienes ese día la comida incluida, que sí puedes estar en las piscinas y resto de instalaciones pero en nuestro caso al ir con niños muy pequeños también se hizo difícil porque ellos querían "descansar" en la cama, supongo que para familias con hijos más mayores o sin hijos eso no suponga problema alguno.
Y como siempre el tema de las tumbonas!! Pero eso ya no es cosa del hotel si no de la gente, había cientos de tumbonas y a las 8 ya estaban todas con la toalla, así que nos tuvimos que conformar durante toda la semana con las sillas del bar de la piscina.

Buen ubicación (cerca de zonas comerciales pero a la vez tranquila para descansar)
Comida buena y variada. Un todo incluido muy completo!
Buena reforma realizada en las zonas comunes del hotel y en el nuevo comedor-buffet.
Muy divertida la zona de piscinas, toboganes y chorritos, perfectamente ubicadas para crear distintos ambientes y evitar la sensación de masificación.
Habitaciones amplias.
Posibilidad de parking en el recinto del hotel.
Buena animación.
Buffets sorpresa en recepción a diario (nuves de algodón. Palomitas...)
