La piscina rodeada de palmeras y buena animación. Las habitaciones son amplias con cómodas camas. Dispone de una nevera para tener agua o bebidas frescas.
The pool loungers are few for so many people. Also, most of them are sunken and in bad condition, they could be renewed. The air conditioning in the dining room is very strong and it is cold.
Las tumbonas de la piscina son pocas para tanta gente. Además la mayoría están hundidas y mal estado podría renovarse. El aire acondicionado en el comedor está muy fuerte y se pasa frío.

Sinceramente por que nosotros hemos estado bien, pero hay poco a destacar allí, la piscina que no estaba muy masificada para darte un baño y la habitación que era cómoda, el personal también super atento.
To start, the food has been a disaster, apart from few options it was quite bad, some days we have eaten a bit of salad or just one thing, the all-inclusive is terrible, the drinks included are not good, what is good you have to pay for it, ALL THE SUNBEDS BY THE POOL ARE BROKEN, and there are few considering the amount of people in the lawn, the queues for the pool bar, for toasting bread at lunch, etc. If it were better organized this wouldn't happen, an extra bar staff would be good and also, having the dining room well distributed so that all the people don't crowd in the center of the room yelling. On the other hand, the gym, before making the booking I called and wrote to know the equipment it had and, from what they told me, it had almost nothing (obviously I didn't expect a great gym but at least they could tell me the truth), the TV is blocked so you can only watch TV channels, they are smart TVs but you can't access any platform or internet to watch anything, it doesn't make sense for them to be smart TVs. In short, we went to this hotel because years ago before its renovation I loved it, the food was excellent, the all-inclusive was good, you couldn't complain, but we have had a great disappointment this time.
Para empezar la comida ha sido un desastre, a parte de pocas opciones estaba bastante mala, algunos días hemos comido un poco de ensalada o comer una sola cosa, el todo incluido fatal, las bebidas que te entraban no están buenas, lo que está bueno tienes que pagarlo, las hamacas de la piscina TODAS ROTAS, aparte de que hay pocas para la cantidad de gente que hay en el césped etc, las colas para el bar de la piscina, para tostar el pan en la comida etc, si estuviera mejor organizado no pasaría eso, un refuerzo de bar estaría bien y también, que el comedor esté bien repartido y así no se masifica toda la gente en el centro de la sala dando gritos. Por otro lado el gimnasio, que antes de hacer la reserva llamé y escribí para saber el equipamiento que tenía y, de lo que me dijeron, no tenían casi nada(obviamente no esperaba un gran gimnasio pero al menos que me digan la verdad), la TV está capada para que solo veas canales de televisión, son smart TV pero no puedes entrar a ninguna plataforma ni a internet para ver nada, no tiene sentido que sea smart TV. En fin fuimos a este hotel porque hace años antes de su reforma me encantó, la comida estaba buenísima, el todo incluido era bueno, no podías tener queja, pero hemos tenido una gran decepción esta vez.

Hotel con una relación calidad/precio muy muy justa, me cuesta darle un 5 sobre 10.

Small pool for such a large hotel, few sunbeds and in very bad condition, few tables to sit, drinks in small reusable plastic cups, little variety of drinks and unknown brands, few staff at the pool kiosk causing queues to order, very poor entertainment, very bad evening shows.
Poco aparcamiento para los huéspedes y por supuesto 20€/día. Piscina pequeña para un hotel tan grande, pocas hamacas y en malisimo estado, pocas mesas para sentarse, bebidas en pequeños vasos de plástico reutilizables, poca variedad de bebidas y de marcas desconocidas, poco personal en el kiosco de la piscina provocando colas para pedir, la animación muy muy pobre , los espectáculos nocturnos muy malos.

Bien en general,habitación espaciosa,camas súper buenas,las zonas comunes buena conservación,bufet aceptable,los comedores con mucha capacidad con vistas y climatización inmejorables
I would improve many aspects; in reception, it's very warm. The pool loungers should be more controlled because at 8:00 in the morning they were all already reserved even though the pool was closed. The snack is a bit weak and only served in the pool area where it's impossible to find a table or chair.
