Lo mejor es la atención por parte del personal del hotel, sobre todo del personal del comedor, está genial atendido y muy limpio, son súper serviciales.
The pool, all the sunbeds are taken with towels and there is practically no one in the bathing area, they should not allow that; all the sunbeds are sunken and very deteriorated.
La piscina, están todas las hamacas ocupadas con toallas y no hay prácticamente nadie en la zona de baño, eso no deberían de permitirlo; todas las hamacas están hundidas y muy deterioradas.

Lo mejor sin duda es el personal, maravillo. Puntos a favor, pinchos calientes, la piscina que está guay. Y sobre todo el personal, que nos ayudaron en todo momento. La experiencia en general a sido buena.
Things to improve, the variety of food, the pool loungers as well as the shade, umbrellas are missing. The bathtubs, which are very tall, not comfortable at all. The food at the bar that is there for everyone to take is unhygienic (the sandwiches from the fridge, people touch them and leave them, and things like that) and then in my humble opinion, I hate the carpet, it always looks dirty. And finally, it needs to be more adapted for people with reduced mobility, my father hurt his leg and had to use crutches, and you can imagine the detours you have to take to avoid stairs.
Cosas a mejorar, la variedad de comida, las tumbonas de la piscina asi como la sobra, faltan sombrillas. Lo de la bañeras, que son muy altas, nada cómodas. La comida del bar que esta ahi para que coja todo el mundo es poco higienico ( los sandwiches de la nevera, la gente lo toca y lo deja y cosas así) y luego ya bajo mi humilde opinión, odio la moqueta, es que parece que esta siempre sucia. Y por último, necesita estar mas adaptado para personas con movilidad reducida, mi padre se hizo daño en una pierna y tuvo que ir con muletas, y no veas las vueltas que hay que dar para no subir escaleras.

El hotel calidad precio muy correcto,el personal muy amable .La ubicación muy buena muy cerca de la playa y de la parada del autobús que te lleva al centro de Torremolinos y Málaga.Ha sido un gran acierto!!Mi enhorabuena a buscoUnchollo ya que era la primera vez que trabajaba con Ustedes ha sido un éxito y sin duda volveré a viajar con Ustedes!Quedo muy Agradecida!!
