Cleaning, you don't know if they will come to clean the room or not, nor at what time, the variety of food is a bit scarce, especially the desserts leave a lot to be desired. And we had to buy soap because there was no way they would refill it.

Respecto al alojamiento cercanía a la playa, colchón y almohadas cómodas, y cenas aceptables.
Not recommended. A fake 4-star. Lack of staff, sometimes you can't find anyone for inquiries. Practically all the furniture is in poor condition, very old and broken. The living room is not comfortable at all due to the large number of clustered armchairs. All of them with worn leather that makes you sweat from the heat. The elevator doesn't always take you to the floor, it does its own thing, and the elevator floor is cracked, causing you to stumble, we took the stairs for five days, we didn't trust it. The hotel windows have been very dirty for a long time. The room entrance light did not work and the same happened in other rooms, whether you complained or not, they did not fix it. There is a physical fridge in the room, but it is useless. As soon as you leave the room, everything unwinds, as they ONLY GAVE US ONE CARD to enter and exit the room. The excuse was that if there was someone in the room, they wouldn't clean it, when in all the hotels I've been to, there was always an indicator that we put on the door handle to indicate if someone was in the room or not. And privacy was respected. So, if you don't remove the card to have light and the fridge working, they won't clean the room (incredible). They force you not to be alone in the room and the other person to leave. With only one card, they don't give you freedom. In 5 days, they didn't change our sheets? Breakfast food very poor in quality and variety, the coffee machine constantly broke down. Eggs and churros undercooked. Almost half of the fried egg white was raw, with the risk of salmonella. Next to the hotel, there is an unpaved small piece of land that belongs to them, where they charge you a minimum, like spending a whole day in a blue zone. In short, this DOES NOT MATCH a 4-star hotel. (Must the criteria for awarding a four-star rating not be very high?) We have been to hotels with fewer stars, better services, and much better qualified staff. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Falta de personal, a veces no encuentras a nadie para consultas. Prácticamente todo el mobiliario está en mal estado, viejísimo y roto. El salón no es nada cómodo por la gran cantidad de sillones apelotonados. Todos de piel gastada y en los que te asas de calor.Ascensor, no siempre te deja en el piso, va a su bola y el suelo del ascensor está partido y tropiezas, los cinco días subimos por escalera, no nos fiábamos.Cristales del hotel están sucísimos desde hace tiempo. Luz de la entrada de habitación no funcionaba y lo mismo pasaba en otras habitaciones, te quejaras o no, no lo solucionaban. Nevera física en la habitación, pero sin utilidad alguna. En cuanto salías de la habitación, todo se desconectaba, ya que SOLO NOS DIERON UNA TARJETA para entrar y salir de la habitación. La excusa era que si había alguien en la habitación no entraban a limpiarla, cuando en todos los hoteles que he estado siempre había un indicador que poníamos en maneta de puerta para avisar si había alguien o no. Y así se respetaba la intimidad. Osea no quitas tarjeta para tener luz y funcione nevera, pues no te arreglan la habitación (increíble). Te obligan a no poder estar uno solo en la habitación y otro marchar. Con una sola tarjeta no dan libertad. En 5 días no nos cambiaron las sábanas 😳. Comida del desayuno muy pobre en calidad y variedad, máquina del café se estropeaba constantemente. Huevos y churros poco hechos. Casi la mitad de clara de huevo frito estaba cruda, con el peligro de la salmonela 😳. No incluía el agua de beber. Tanto en cena como desayuno. 3€ cada botella. Si se gastaba la leche o cualquier bandeja de comida no reponían a no ser que se lo indicases, si querías sacarina tenías un botecito marca blanca de supermercado,(de muy baja calidad y con suciedad en el bote, poco higiénico)y no te ponian los de sobre a no ser que se los pidieras a alguien. Daba la impresión de que constantemente estaban por ahorrar. Parking gratuito inexistente. Zonas azules y verdes. Te dejas un pastizal a no ser que dejes el coche con suerte a las afueras. (Digo con suerte porque cuesta muchísimo encontrarlo). Existe pegado al hotel un terreno que es de ellos sin asfaltar y pequeño, donde te cobran mínimo, como estar todo un día en zona azul. Vamos, que es un servicio que lo podrían incluir en el precio, pero no, de ahí también quieren sacar beneficio.
Conclusión, NO CASA con hotel ****. (Los criterios que se exigen para otorgar un cuatro estrellas no deben de ser muy altos😳) Hemos estado en hoteles de menos estrellas , mejores servicios y personal muchísimo mejor cualificado.

The rooms were cubicles that we couldn't even walk through. It was a romantic gift for my husband and it has been horrible. La peor experiencia de mi vida, he estado en pensiones mucho mejores.
La comida escasa y horrorosa, que teniamos pensiom completa y tuvimos que ir a desayunae, comer y cenar fuera del hotel. Las habitaciones eran cubículos que no podíamos ni pasar. La limpieza de las habitaciones fatal, llegamos y en elmbaño no habia jabon y en los 3 dias no rellemaron, las toallas con pelos. Era un regalo romantico para mi marido y ha sidonhorroble. Venia de hacer otro viaje con ustedes en Comarruga y estaba encantada y eso que el de Comarruga era de 3 estrellas, decepcion total con este hote de Tossa. El personal de recepcion no se enteraban de nada dos señores mayores u eran los mismos camareros de la barra.
En el comedor nadie era profesional… un biffet que era sbsurdo, escaso, malo y horroroso… mucha decepcion.. ya jabia hecho viajes con ustedes pero esta vez muy mal.

El hotel está bien. Destacó sobretodo el personal del hotel, es muy amable. En mi caso, que tengo una discapacidad y movilidad reducida, he de decir, que se preocuparon por mi comodidad y bienestar. Estoy muy agradecida por su gran trato y amabilidad.
