É bem sossegado, dá para andar a pé pela zona. Funcionários incríveis, sempre disponíveis para ajudar e muito simpáticos. . Piscina espaçosa e com escorrega para as crianças, sempre com vigilância por parte de funcionários do hotel. Não é difícil encontrar estacionamento junto ao hotel.
Room cleaning is terrible, damaged, hand sink clogged, broken dryer, trash can full of rust, bathtub glass without rubber seal, whenever I took a shower the bathroom flooded, once they didn't clean the room and I didn't have towels, I complained and still had to walk around the hotel with the towels because there were no staff to deliver them to the room... in fact, for a 4☆ hotel it doesn't have a pleasant smell, the corridors always smelled like food, little variety in meals, 7 days eating melon and watermelon at all three meals, there was never any other fruit available. The hotel is located at kilometer 14, far from the touristic area, which is at the beginning of the sholiday, 2 elevators that take an eternity, luckily I stayed on the 2nd floor and used the stairs. Infernal heat in the dining room, air conditioning broken all 7 days I was at the hotel. They had 3 standing fans to cool the room. Very poor entertainment, no activities during the day, at night until 11pm very limited to a few songs on the microphone.
Limpeza dos quartos é péssima, estragado, lavatório das mãos entupido, secador partido, balde do lixo cheio de ferrugem, vidro da banheira sem a borracha para vedar, sempre que tomava banho inundava o wc, uma vez não limparam o quarto e eu não tinha toalhas, fui reclamar e ainda tive de ir pelo hotel fora com as toalhas porque não tinham funcionários para me irem entregar as toalhas ao quarto... aliás para um hotel 4☆ não tem um cheiro agradável, nos corredores sempre cheirava a comida, pouca variedade nas refeições, 7 dias a comer melão e melancia nas três refeições, nunca houve outra fruta disponível. Hotel fica no quilómetro 14, bem distante da zona que se pode considerar turística, que é no início da manga, 2 elevadores que demoram uma eternidade, valeu ter ficado no 2 andar e ia pelas escadas. Um calor infernal na sala de refeições, ac avariados os 7 dias que estive no hotel. Tinham 3 ventoinhas de pé a climatizar a sala. Animação muito fraca, de dia não havia, de noite até às 23h algo muito limitado a umas canções no microfone.

Las personas con intolerancia al gluten lo tienen complicado en este hotel para desayunar nada de bollería sin gluten , te dan un triste pan metido en una bolsa que tienes que hacerte donde todo el mundo pone las tostadas de pan normal , con lo que la trazabilidad se rompe , y lo mismo pasa en la comida y en la cena. Ponía que tenía cerveza son gluten y dos días que la pedi ninguno de los dos les quedaba ...

I booked two rooms for Full Board for 4 nights, some have been changed 3 times and I also had to change once. Reservé dos habitaciones a pensión completa 4 noches, a unos los han cambiado 3 veces y yo también me tuve que cambiar una vez. LOS AIRES DE LAS HABITACIONES, unos funcionan y otros no, EL AIRE DE LAS ZONA COMUNES NO FUNCIONA, en 5 días no ha habido ni un solo día que hayamos comido medianamente bien, y no me refiero a la comida, estábamos en plena hola de calor, alerta roja y comiendo todo el mundo sin aire en un comedor a mas de 40 grados, VERGONZOSO ES POCO. Problemas varios por resumir: HABITACIONES CON RUIDOS INSOPORTABLES DEL A/A, O CON GOTERAS, O CON LUCES QUE NO SE APAGAN, AIRES QUE NO VAN, ZONAS COMUNES INSOPORTABLE DE ESTAR Y COMIDA JUSTA JUSTA... (Días de comer y cenar, postre : melón, pedir otra fruta porque soy alérgica y la repuesta NO!!! Vamos que pagar 1700 euros para pasar calores y penurias, a mí me dicen ésto... Y no voy ni gratis!!! El hotel tiene buena ubicación. Está remodelado pero le queda mucho por actualizar sobre todo en las habitaciones. Les salva el personal que es muy agradable en el trato. Aunque falta personal en bar/ restauración y socorristas en las piscinas para realizar una adecuada atención. Hay aparcamiento exterior al lado del hotel en una explanada, pero sin cubrir.
One star out of four is too much. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired in all facilities. The food is good but it runs out quickly. The restaurant's acoustics are terrible with noise from chairs and conversations that reverberate, making it impossible to have a conversation with the person next to you due to the noise. The all-inclusive option is limited and they run out of drinks without replenishing. The cleaning service for the rooms is incredibly bad, they either forget to clean or enter with the do not disturb sign without knocking. Terrible heat throughout the hotel. The air conditioning breaks down, including in the restaurant, which they solve by using 3 fans to lower the 40-degree temperature while eating. It's a hotel I wouldn't visit again.
Le sobra 1 estrella de las 4. La limpieza deja muchísimo que desear en todas las instalaciones. La comida es buena pero se agotaba rápido. La acústica del restaurante es horrible con ruido de sillas y conversaciónes que reverberan impidiendo mantener una conversación con la persona de al lado por el ruido. El todo incluido es limitado y se quedan sin bebidas y sin reposición. Increíble el mal servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones o se olvidan de limpiar o entran con el cartel de no molestar sin llamar. Calor horrible en todo el hotel. Se les estropea el aire acondicionado, incluido en el restaurante, que solucionan con 3 ventiladores para bajar los 40 grados comiendo. Es un hotel al que no repetiría viaje.

El personal muy agradable y cuidado que hace horas allí, demasiado bien se portan para las condiciones que deben de tener.
The food is awful, cleanliness is nonexistent. Out of 7 days, there were 3 shows and one of them was a DJ. The all-inclusive does not start until 11 in the morning and ends at 11 at night. But snacks are only available from 11 in the morning to 6 in the afternoon. I don't know where they got the 4 stars from, to be honest, 3 would already be too many. The last 3 days the air conditioning didn't work, and to top it off, they tried to fix it while we were having dinner and at one point the dining room was filled with dirty sponge shavings. Horrible. I do not recommend it at all. The staff is the only good thing, very nice despite the long hours they work.
La comida es nefasta, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. De 7 días hubo 3 actuaciones y una de ellas fue una DJ.
El todo incluido no empieza hasta las 11 de la mñn y termina a las 11 de la noche. Pero los snack solo están de 11 de la mñn a 6 de la tarde.
No se de dónde se han sacado las 4 estrellas la verdad, 3 ya me resultarían muchas. Los 3 últimos días no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, y para colmo de pusieron a intentar arreglarlo mientras estábamos cenado y hubo un momento que se llenó el comedor de virutas de esponja sucia. Horrible. No lo recomiendo para nada. Se libra el personal, muy agradable a pesar de las mil horas que hacían al día.
