La piscina el ambiente y la limpieza de las habitaciones geniales
The buffet is great but at dinner time they remove the water fountain, which forces you to buy very expensive water by the way...(at breakfast it is there though)
And some waiters show little experience and quite rude, especially at the pool bar, it seemed like they were doing you a favor by serving you and bringing out two raw sandwiches.
El buffet está genial pero ala hora de la cena quitan la fuente de agua con lo cual te obligan a comprar agua carísima por cierto ..(en el desayuno sí que está )
Y algunos camareros se nota poca experiencia y bastante bordes sobre todo ala hora del bar de la piscina parecía que te estaban haciendo un favor ala tenderte y sacarte dos sanwixes crudos

Está en un sitio tranquilo alejado del bullicio de Salou ideal si quieres estar tranquilo.Al lado de varias calas que puedes ir andando y la comida del hotel estupenda tanto el desayuno como la cena

El hotel está muy bien, es muy tranquilo, la piscina es una pasada. La habitación está muy bien, la ducha es de las mejores que he visto de todos los sitios en los que me alojado. El personal es super amable.
The issue with the cleaning staff is that on 2 occasions they only left us one bath towel when we were two people, but we solved it by going down to reception (they promptly brought another one to the room). Another thing is the price of drinks (there is no water available during dinner and a 0.50 bottle costs 2.30€), which seems a bit excessive to me. There is no entertainment at the hotel, but you have the option to go to the apartment hotel next door, although all the entertainment there is in English.
El tema del personal de la limpieza decir que en 2 ocasiones solo nos dejaron una toalla de ducha cuando éramos dos personas, pero lo solucionamos bajando a recepción ( enseguida nos subieron otra a la habitación). Otra cosa es el tema del precio de las bebidas (en la cena no hay agua para poder coger y el botellín de 0,50 te cuesta 2'30€) me parece un poco excesivo. No hay animación en el hotel pero tienes la opción de ir al apartahotel q está al lado pero la animación es toda en ingles

Hotel con habitaciones y instalaciones nuevas. Se nota quqe lleva poco tiempo abierto. El personal muy amable y en lo que respecta al desayuno y cena perfecto, la variedad justa y todo muy bien presentado y de calidad. Sin colas ni esperas. Al no haber animación se está bastante tranquilo porque apenas hay niños.
To put some downside I think the hotel lacks an area to have a drink in the evenings, it has a bar but it is more focused on the day. It is a bit far from the center so you need to take the car, although there are several bars and restaurants nearby.

Playas y sol en todas esas calas en las cercanías al hotel , fácil aparcar según llegada al hotel, piscina espaciosa con jacuzzi y sitio para relajarte sin preocuparse uno disponer de hamacas , buena orientación y , tranquilidad al estar en cap Salou y no en todo el meoyo de Salou , si buscas fiesta y hacer compras también lo tienes todo sin problemas nada más que decir nuestra estancia ha sido positiva y buena a nivel general sin duda volveremos.

It would be good to improve the variety of the buffet a little more, and we missed having some music at night or some entertainment in this hotel, unlike in the other one where they offer activities for you to join.
