Lo bueno es que está en pleno paseo marítimo pero al final del todo donde no hay bullicio ni tanto jaleo como en el centro, es muy tranquilo y además tienes la playa justo delante a cien metros o doscientos metros, y si quieres venir en tren la parada del tren está justo enfrente del hotel. El servicio es estupendo el entretenimiento bastante bueno y con la pulsera del todo incluido allí dentro eres un triunfador. Las personas del servicio sobre todo las del comedor son una pasada alucinantes amables y si te hace falta algo ahí están. En conclusión, hace tres años fui allí de rebote, el año pasado volví porque me gustó y estuve diez días, y este año he estado 13 días súper a gusto y por supuesto que volveré.

We all complain that swimming with clothes on is not allowed, but the pool attendants did nothing, and no one in charge addressed the issue. Mencionaría algo que este año no me ha gustado nada y es que como se admiten mascotas como siempre la gente en cuanto le dan la mano se coge el brazo y no pueden estar en zonas comunes como en la piscina en el comedor etcétera y la gente se lo pasa por el forro y los responsables no han hecho nada por solucionar ese tema con es agente incívica que ya que le dejan tener el perro después no admite las normas cuando está allí, "ojo", y yo fui con el perro de mi hija, o sea que sí que sé de que estoy hablando, pero las normas son las normas y por culpa de esta gentuza dejarán de aceptar mascotas y ya no podré llevar a mi perro. Otra cosa que me horrorizó fue ver a abuelas musulmanas vestidas y con el pañuelo meterse en la piscina en la zona del jacuzzi, eso es horrible, decía que era un burkini pero estaban vestidas porque cuando salieron el vestido se les pegaba al cuerpo y se veía que llevaban las bragas puestas y el sujetador, realmente lo encontré asqueroso para el resto de la gente. Todos nos quejamos de que estaba prohibido bañarse con ropa, pero los vigilantes de la piscina no hicieron nada ni ningún responsable, me pareció una falta de respeto a todos los demás que nos queríamos haber podido vestir y meternos dentro de la piscina, pero entonces seguro que a nosotros nos hubiesen dicho algo. No soy racista, pero al igual que con el tema del perro, las normas son las normas, y no te puedes tirar al agua vestido. Mucha gente que estaba allí dijo que no iba a volver más a ese sitio y es una lástima que por culpa de estas cosas se catalogue a un hotel, porque después se corre la voz y el año que viene verás como, como nadie les ha dicho nada se presentarán allí 20 o 30 a hacer lo mismo y entonces el hotel cogerá mala fama en ese aspecto. El servicio de limpieza deja muy muy muy mucho que desear. Hacían las camas por encima, un barrido inexistente y la basura el último día.
Hubo un día que se dejaron la puerta hasta abierta, cuando volvimos de la playa nos dimos cuenta , bajamos a recepción y ni si quiera nos acompañaron para verificar si nos faltaba algo. Tuve que bajar a poner una reclamación y ahí si que vino el de mantenimiento conmigo para mirar si estaba todo mi equipaje. Nos dieron una habitacion de minusválidos cuando no la pedimos, y el lavabo nos llegaba a la cadera, mi marido no cabía en la taza si no era girado, solicitamos cambio de habitación y nos dijeron que estaban al 100%. Un sitio al q no volveré.
