Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
- Children from 0 to 4 years old travel FREE.
- Children from 5 to 12 years old
- From June 21 to September 11:
- 1st will have a 75% discount and, 2nd, a 50% discount with Half Board
- From September 12 to 30:
- If the stay is during the week: the 1st and 2nd travel free with Half Board
- If the stay is during the weekend and of 3 nights or more: the 1st and the 2nd travel free with Half Board
- If the stay is during the weekend and of 1 or 2 nights: the 1st will have a 75% discount and the 2nd a 50% discount with Half Board
- From June 21 to September 11:
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- If you are travelling on Full Board: children from 5 to 12 years old will enjoy the discount mentioned above. However, they will pay a surcharge corresponding to the Full Board rate. During the checkout process you will see that the surcharge is automatically applied.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) is applied. For example: if you travel from June 20 to June 26, children over 5 years old will not travel free, they will travel with the relevant discount according to the regime.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- Travelling with children? Maximum capacity per room is 2 adults + 2 children/babies .
- It is not possible to accommodate 2 adults + 2 children + 1 infant in the same room. The accommodation does not allow exceptions.
- Are you all adults? The maximum capacity is 3 adults.
- Travelling with children? Maximum capacity per room is 2 adults + 2 children/babies .
- The surcharge for the single room is approximately 26€ per night and room, you will see it reflected during the booking process.
Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.

The park is scheduled to open from May 31 through September 14. These conditions may be modified by weather conditions or other factors.

The water park is a large landscaped area, with a playground for children and several Water Slides up to 9 meters high.

The minimum height to access the Water Slides is 1,10m.

The park will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting, which is the most common in summer! In case the park is closed, no refund will be possible.

The last day of opening of the park is September 14, stays after this date do not include this service, as it will not be open.

The hotel's common facilities are very small for the number of guests it accommodates.
Food is not very varied, but acceptable.
Little control in the dining room. Tables for 8 or 10 people occupied by families of 3 or 4... we were a group of 7 and had trouble finding a free large table... I have been to 3-star hotels where they escort you to the appropriate table, take your drink order, and serve you... not here... you're on your own once you enter the dining room.
Very low-quality shows.
Car Park with a waiting list... we arrived on a Monday and they called us on Thursday to say we had a car park space.
Las instalaciones comunes del hotel se quedan muy pequeñas para la capacidad de huéspedes que aloja.
Comida poco variada, pero aceptable.
Poco control en el comedor. Mesas de 8 o 10 personas ocupadas por familias de 3 o 4... nosotros que íbamos 7 nos costaba encontrar mesa grande libre... he estado en hoteles de 3 estrellas que te han acompañado hasta la mesa adecuada y te han tomado nota de las bebidas y te las han servido... aquí no... búscate la vida una vez entras al comedor.
Espectáculos de muy poca calidad.
Parquing con lista de espera... entramos un lunes y nos llamaron el jueves que teníamos plaza de parquing.

Si te gusta el turismo masivo, afincado en los años 80, Lloret y sus hoteles es tu destino.
It's not a 4-star hotel, maybe it was 20 years ago. Too big, too many people, ranch food and shabby rooms.

Lo que más hemos disfrutado son las 2 piscinas y el aquasplash. El almuerzo, comida y cena no están mal. A veces la antena de televisión no iva bien y lo céntrico que estaba el hotel.
