Lo que más me ha gustado sin duda ha sido la ubicación. Tener el hotel y los chiringuitos a pie de playa. Teníamos un pack con una entrada a las termas y otra al spa y también ha estado bastante bien. Tienen muy buenas instalaciones.
Las comidas no hacen honor un 4* ni de lejos. Repetitivas, poca variedad y poca calidad. Pero lo peor ha sido entrar a la habitación el primer día y encontrar el baño sucio de otros huéspedes. El inodoro con rayas de caca, el bidé con un escupitajo seco, los azulejos salpicados no sé de qué...el espejo también a medio limpiar.. pedí que pasaran a limpiar dos veces esa misma tarde pero nadie apareció por allí.. al día siguiente yo misma tuve que comprar una botella de lejía para desinfectar y limpiar el baño. Volví a pedir que pasaran a limpiar xk el suelo estaba encharcado y con lejía. Llame varias veces a recepción (desde mi móvil , ya que el teléfono de la habitación para comunicarte con recepción también estaba averiado) pero no venía nadie hasta que casi dos horas después bajé a recepción muy molesta y conseguí que viniera una limpiadora . Todo esto teniendo en cuenta que por la mañana ya habían "hecho la limpieza de la habitación". Debe ser que contratan poco personal para tantas habitaciones y pasan haciendo su trabajo de forma muy deficiente. Las habitaciones y baños necesitan reformas , están muy anticuadas pero si estuviesen limpias no hubiese tenido que ponerme yo a limpiar la suciedad que dejan otros

The beds looked like they were from the last century, the pillows, if you can call them that, were so thin that not even sheets, and don't even get me started on the mattresses. The food had hardly any variety, always fried and not much else.

Hemos disfrutado de la ubicación, las piscinas, zona de agua para los peques, el todo incluido con los chiringuitos, la animación muy top, los atardeceres desde la habitación mágicos, la atención inmejorable mi hijo tiene intolerancias alimentarias y de los mejores restaurantes que hemos estado.

He viajado otros años a este hotel y ha perdido notablemente. Nos dieron habitación muy tarde, sin terraza ( que es lo habitual). Había demasiada gente. La comida repetitiva y menos opciones que otros años. El personal de recepción lento y poco comunicativo. El spa muy básico para el coste que es.
