"I would improve especially the fact that the hotel has some daytime activities and some kind of show or activity at night since there is nothing in the area to enjoy not only the sea and the pool but also some entertainment, which would be beneficial for the hotel and even more for its customers."

Todo correcto. El desayuno muy bueno. El trato muy bueno y la limpieza sin ningún problema. Se encuentra en una cala con lo que implica coger coche si quieres algo de jaleo. Ideal para quien quiera tranquilidad.
Just like breakfast is very good, we stayed to have lunch one day at the restaurant and we didn't like it. Expensive quality/price ratio, pizza menu, hamburgers... quite average.

Hotel con un servicio de 11 sobre 10.El personal no puede ser más amable y atento.El buffet correcto y la habitación, aunque sencilla, correcta y con grandes vistas.En resumen, una estancia más que placentera. Si buscas desconexión y descanso, es perfecto.
The accommodation is simple (for being meticulous for the very demanding) but correct and has a great view from the balcony. Food is quite good.
I cannot give more to the service, because it is not possible. They are top-notch in service and friendliness.
Their attention to detail goes to the point that it was my partner's birthday, and they brought us a bottle of cava without us having mentioned anything.

Las vistas desde la habitación, impresionantes. El buffet con bastante variedad y con buena calidad. Tienen buenos cocineros, sin duda. Limpieza muy correcta. Nos cambiaron toallas todos los días . La piscina y el acceso a la playa y la cala contigua, es todo un lujo. Hemos estado realmente a gusto. El hotel es perfecto si buscas paz y tranquilidad. Los empleados, atentos.
Some amenities in the bathroom would be appreciated. And the cocktails at the pool bar could be much better. The car park is unnecessarily expensive.

There is no animation. The Full Board dinner service leaves much to be desired. It does not include drinks, which is terrible. They have two pools but only open one to the public. From 16:00h you cannot sunbathe, because they decide that the other pool, where the sun shines and is operational, is not open to the public but is offered in the deal. People fight over sun loungers, as the pool service does not instructor people who have reserved loungers for more than two hours with their towels and whose guests show up after 3 hours, while the lifeguards talk and do not pay attention to loungers that have been unoccupied for many hours, just with a towel on top...

Mucho que desear. No incluye bebida, tremendo. Tienen dos piscinas pero solo abren una al público. A partir de las 16.00 no puedes tomar el sol, porque deciden que la otra piscina, en la que SI QUE DA EL SOL Y ESTÁ OPERATIVA, no esé abierta para el público pero la ofertan en el chollo. La gente se pelea por las hamacas, ya que el servicio de piscina no controla que haya gente que tenga hamacas reservadas más de dos horas con sus toallas y cuyos huéspedes aparecen a las 3 horas, mientras tantos las socorristas hablan y no prestan atención a las hamacas que llevan muchas horas sin ser ocupadas, solo por una toalla encima…
