6.9 Ana Travelled with couple August 2025 What I liked the most is that the buffet staff has been very nice.
Paying 22€ per night to park my car in an unguarded vacant lot seems like an abuse, especially considering the prices of drinks at the bar: a beer costs 4€... I don't think it's a fair price considering I'm staying at the hotel.

2.3 Carlos Travelled with couple August 2025 The four stars are not understood anywhere. My partner and I spent six days and five nights there and the experience was terrible, luckily the Costa Brava was worth it. There are so many flaws that I'm sure I'm leaving some without pointing out. To begin with, to our surprise, upon arrival we realized that car park in the area was impossible. The hotel offered us a spot in their car park lot for a "modest price" of €22.50 per day and considering the difficulty of car park throughout Lloret, we agreed. It's a shame we don't have pictures of the "car park lot" as it looks like an abandoned Wild West set, obviously unpaved, unguarded, or anything of the sort. For almost the same price, you can park in a public car park lot with better service, but the hotel has "the detail" of offering you their car park lot at that price after the huge amount the stay costs. Upon entering the room, we noticed that the hotel's last facelift was done simply to look good in the photos on their websites. To start, the room is much smaller than any on their website, even smaller than the one shown when booking, and it's also cramped with all the furniture in the corners. There are masking tape sholidays (yellowed with age) on doors and mirrors from the last time it was painted. Excess foam insulation in the gaps around the door frames, mirrors rusted at the edges, a desk with the wood color faded, and obviously nonexistent soundproofing in a hotel full of panting young people. To make matters worse, the minibar didn't cool but heated up (which was resolved upon complaint) and after the first night, when we returned in the afternoon, the room had not been cleaned. Additionally, the sheets and towels were not changed once throughout the entire week. Like almost all areas of the hotel, the restaurant was also designed entirely for foreign tourists, where dinner started at 7:00 PM and ended at 9:30 PM (closing time to leave, not to enter), stopping serving hot food half an hour before closing. It was even difficult to communicate in Spanish, as part of their team speaks almost exclusively English. In the buffet, we also have a thousand anecdotes, from dishes to serve with dirty unwashed bases, leaky air conditioning, €2.95 warm water bottles that they had to serve with ice, or tables separated by a mere 10 centimetres from the couple next to you. The service for bringing drinks or cleaning tables is poor, so everything slows down. Also, part of the dining room does not have air conditioning and they have solved it with a fan. Not to mention that the food does not correspond at all to a 4-star, maybe a 2-star at most. Additionally, it's strange to see how part of the staff, even at reception, serve dinner at the same time as the customers. It should be noted that it has two large quiet pools, but with worn and dangerous equipment s such as the splintered wood around them.

9.7 Dámaris Travelled with family August 2025 The staff is the best! The room was very nice, they always left it spotless for us, and the girls were very kind, and the staff at reception and in the restaurant were always very friendly and attentive!
"The quality of the food is good, the variety is good... but starting dinner service at 7 pm, if you went at 8 pm there were already empty trays and many were not replenished, dessert only lasted half an hour and you were left with only yogurts and gelatins... if the service lasts until 21:30h, I shouldn't have to think about going at 7 in case there is nothing left for me later."
