Tourism tax
The tourism tax isn't included in the booking price, as it's mandatory to pay this tax directly at the hotel reception. Children under the age of 16 are exempt from this tax.
The tourism tax in a 4 * Hotel is 1.32 € per person and night.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- A maximum of one pet per room is allowed.
- They cannot access the main areas.
- Pets can stay alone in the room.
Important information
- The last day of the season is October 11, 2025 and the last service offered will be breakfast.
- In case you book a triple or quadruple room, these will have one or two extra beds for the third or fourth traveller.

- Simply inform the reception desk upon arrival.
You don't have to make any arrangements! When you arrive at the accommodation, tell them what meal you want to start with and they will help you with everything.

El personal lo mejor! La habitación muy bien, siempre nos la dejaban impecable y las chicas eran majísimas y el personal tanto de recepción como de restauración siempre muy amables y atentos!
La calidad de la comida bien, la variedad bueno... pero empezando el servicio de cena a las 19, si ibas a las 20h ya había bandejas vacías y de muchas no se reponía, el postre duraba media hora y te quedaban solo yogures y gelatinas... si el servcicio dura hasta las 21:30 no he de estar pensando en ir a las 19 por si no tengo luego para mi.

La ubicación es buena, cerca de la playa y el personal amable y trabajador. Limpieza buena teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de personas que había.
Creo que no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas, hice una petición de cambio de almohada y no me contestaron. Las camas son de muelles no demasiado cómodas y le hace falta una mano de pintura a los balcones. Tampoco puedes poner la temperatura del aire acondicionado, es fija. Me imagino que el cliente extranjero que hay no es demasiado exigente.

El hotel hace honor a las 4*, las habitaciones, las zonas comunes, las dos piscinas, chill out, el comedor, todo perfecto, limpio y ordenado. Con un fantástico servicio diario de limpieza, y con una atención en los bares y sobre todo en el comedor fantástico, de primera, tanto el Metre argentino, lastima no recordar su nombre, como los compañeros que tenía en los comedores, super atentos y dispuestos. Se adaptan perfectamente a tus necesidades, se asustan sin ningún problema a cuando querés hacer los servicios de comida contratados, tanto si comes al llegar, como si lo necesitas al salir.
Muy amables y muy recomendables.
Un poco más de detalle en sonreír y dar los saludos correspondientes cuando te cruzas con el personal de servicio. Les cuesta un poco.....
