How can you get to the water park?

Upon your arrival at the accommodation, the reception will provide you with identification bracelets for all members of your booking. Simply present these bracelets to the water park staff upon arrival, and you'll have seamless access to the thrilling Water Slides!

Access to the park is unlimited, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy the Water Slides at your convenience throughout the duration of your stay.
About the water park:

The park is scheduled open from May 31 to September 14. Please note that this is the schedule for this season, however, it may be modified without prior notice due to weather conditions.

The water park is a large landscaped area with a playground for children and several Water Slides up to 9 meters high.

The minimum height to access the Water Slides is 1,10m.

The park will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting, which is the most common in summer! In case the park is closed, no refund will be possible.

The last day of opening of the park is September 14, stays after this date do not include this service, as it will not be open.

El bufet a estado muy bien, variado ,lo mejor el acuapark para los adolescentes. Un hotel muy bien ubicado y el parking gratuito a las afueras genial, nos hemos despreocupado del coche los 4 días.

La camas son cómodas y el personal de limpieza ( de la 5 planta, sobretodo una mujer mayor), el camarero más mayor de gafas del bar de piscina y las chicas de recepción ( al contrario que los chicos) muy agradables y atentos.
The rooms: very old, on the first day the door trim fell on the girl with part of the wall plaster (since then, if you didn't close the door somewhat hard, it would stay open), the little one got burned (it was minor) because if you shower and someone flushes the toilet, the water stays boiling. The bathtub tiles are about to fall, the sink leaks, it's better not to close the bathroom door because one day we couldn't open it, and so on (one day the pool was closed due to excess chlorine and complaints from guests). The cleaning ladies do a good job (fantastic) but some little black worms appear between the tiles (I have photos of what I'm saying, except for the door frame, as I was more concerned about my daughter... but the hotel is aware, they had to fix it, I asked for a room change and no solution was given, the next day they wanted to give me a room full of young drunken foreign tourists and I said no, I asked to be transferred to another hotel in the same chain and they wanted me to pay, as you can understand, without knowing what it was like and considering how much is already paid in August, as if to pay more, but just for everything that happened, they could have had that detail). The best thing is its staff, who are super friendly (except for one maintenance guy with a ponytail who seemed annoyed when called to fix things (that sometimes weren't fixed)). If you book, better go with the Grand Garbi hotel, this one (Garbi Park) is a no-go.
Las habitaciones: muy viejas, se nos cayó el primer día encima de la niña el embellecedor de la puerta con parte de la escayola de la pared ( desde entonces o cerrabas la puerta algo fuerte o se quedaba abierta) la peque se quemó ( quedó en algo leve) porque si te duchas y alguien tira la cadena del wc se queda el agua hirviendo. Los azulejos de la bañera a punto de caerse, el lavabo gotea, la puerta del baño mejor no cerrarla pues un día no podíamos abrirla, y un largo etc ( un día piscina cerrada por exceso de cloro y porque la gente se quejó y se vio). las chicas limpian bien ( fenomenal) pero de entre los azulejos aparecen unos gusanitos negros ( tengo fotos de lo que digo, excepto del marco de la puerta que me preocupé más por conforme estaba mi hija.. pero el hotel tiene constancia , tuvieron que arreglarlo, pedí cambio de habitación y no se me dio solución, al día siguiente me daban en una planta llena de jóvenes extranjeros de turismo de borrachera y dije que no, pedí traslado a otro hotel de la misma cadena y me hacían pagar , como comprenderéis sin saber cómo era y con lo que se paga ya en agosto como para pagar más, pero solo por todo lo que pasó ya podrían haber tenido ese detalle ). Lo mejor su gente que son súper amables ( excepto uno de coleta de mantenimiento que era como que le molestaba que le llamasen para venir a solucionar las cosas ( que a veces no se solucionaban)). En caso de reservar mejor con el hotel gran garbi, este ( garbi park) ni se os ocurra.

Lo mejor es la ubicación cerca de la playa y servicios. También el personal y el parque acuático que aunque está en el hotel de arriba, los niños se lo pasan muy bien.
