Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts

Babies aged 0 to 1: the 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults.

This option is only available in double and triple rooms.

Children aged 2 to 11: they travel at a discount depending on the dates and meals you choose.
- Are you travelling on Bed & Breakfast with Half Board or Full Board basis? The 1st and 2nd child travel with a 50% discount, except if travelling from September 8th, who travel for FREE.
- Have you selected All-Inclusive? The 1st stays with a 75% discount, or for 9 € per night depending on the dates of your booking, and the 2nd stays with a 50% discount.
- If your stay crosses a period with different discounts, you will see that the most restrictive (i.e. the lowest discount) applies.
- If you book a room with partial sea view, children will have an additional surcharge of approximately 6 € per night.
- Good to know: Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.

- Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 23 € per night per room. It may vary according to the dates of the holiday and you will see it applied in the final price of your booking.
Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 8 kg/pet
- Price: 10 €/night and pet
- Only one pet per room
- Pets are not allowed in the pool and restaurant areas.
Board Basis
If you book Full Board:
- The first meal included is lunch, and, therefore, the last meal included is breakfast.

Buffetten waren uitgebreid, show cooking had lekkere gerechten gemaakt door sympathieke koks.
Mooie omgeving !
Heel gehorige kamers (kamer met tussendeur).
Heel erg druk omwille van jeugdgroepen die doorheen het hele hotel ongecontroleerd hun gang gingen en vooral in het restaurant enorm veel lawaai en chaos veroorzaakten.
Restaurant erg ongezellig... 'refter' zou een betere omschrijving zijn.

The grilled food was very tasty, but dishes like oxtail stew or beef cheeks needed more cooking time and the meat was a bit tough.

The buffet food is terrible, some things are okay but overall the taste is quite poor, it was not appetizing despite being all-you-can-eat.
Paying 770 for three nights for two adults and two children with Full Board seemed very excessive to me because the quality of the food was really bad.

Hemos estado increíblemente bien! El personal es muy atento, amable y simpático. Las chicas de la limpieza, los del bar, los de recepción y destacar la labor inmejorable del personal de animación que se encargan de distraer a los peques y a los no tan peques durante todo el día, sin parar.
Habíamos leído en algún comentario que la comida dejaba mucho que desear, en nuestra estancia, no ha sido así, variedad todos los días, paella, fideuá, arroz negro, mejillones, almejas, ensaladas, costillas, pavo, pollo, surtido de embutidos y quesos, fondue de chocolate, churros con chocolate... En resumen, muy bien como buffet!
Volvemos a Barcelona encantados!

The room cleaning didn't change sheets throughout the week, last year I stayed in the same hotel chain and it was all different and much better, the variety of food was terrible and the quality also left something to be desired.
