Friendly staff ,all inclusive drinks ,sangria lovely ,beds comfy modern bathroom with a lovely bath
Food could have been hotter ,there was a microwave out at breakfast time which was handy ,but plenty of choice to say the hotel was quiet

Hotel muy nuevo,limpio y moderno. Habitaciones muy amplias con tu frigo para meter tu bebida. La comida es extraordinaria puedes cambiar la media pension en el almuerzo o en la cena. Piscina no muy grande pero la zona mas profunda casi siempre vacia. La llave de la habitacion va en la pulserita que te ponen solo al llegar.
There are no entertainers. They could arrange for a hotel courtesy minibus to the nearest town every x hours, which is Garrucha or Mojacar.
No hay animadores . Podian poner un microbus gentileza del hotel cada x horas al pueblo mas cercano q es Garrucha o Mojacar.

Ha sido fundamental el silencio, la tranquilidad que hay en todo el recinto, siempre que bajabas a la piscina tenias hamacas a tu disposición, el personal (recepción, camareros, piscina, cocineros, limpieza) eran muy agradables, hay mucho personal y enseguida te atienden.

Sin duda, el bufé. Variado y buena calidad. Hago mención de los trabajadores y el socorrista. Sobretodo, el bar de la piscina. Muy atentos y serviciales. El hotel estaba muy limpio y las habitaciones bien cuidadas.
I missed the daytime entertainment, such as pool animation, dancing, aqua gym... or some activities that would encourage guest entertainment. There were moments during the day that became boring and lacked some fun. Personally, I believe the stay would be more bearable and enjoyable because at times it felt like being in a spiritual retreat... There's only nighttime entertainment...
He echado de menos la animacion diurna, como animación en la piscina, bailes, aqua gym... o algunas actividades que incentivara el entretenimiento de los huéspedes. Había momentos durante el día que se hacía aburridos y se echaba en falta algo de diversión. Personalmente, creo que la estancia se haría más llevadera y divertida porque a veces te daba la sensación de estar en un retiro espiritual... Solo hay animacion nocturna...

El hotel tiene muy buenas instalaciones. Al ser solo para adultos se conserva todo estupendamente y el ambiente es muy tranquilo. Tienen espectáculos por la noche tipo Dj, flamenco o musica en directo. Pero por lo que realmente destaca es por la amabilidad del personal. Realmente excepcional. En todo momento, todo el personal tenia una palabra amable y una sonrisa. Se notaba buen ambiente tambien entre ellos.

Es el tercer año que mi marido y yo hemos estado en este hotel, es nuestro remanso de paz, ya que nos encontramos como en casa, sobretodo por el personal del hotel, sobretodo comedor y bar
