Hemos ido una familia 3 niños y los padres; y nos ha encantado; la hemos pasado bomba; está todo muy bien ; faltaría algo de animación más divertida; y la comida bastante bien ; alguna que otra cosa no muy buena; pero hay para todos los gustos ; no son críticas solo comentarios. Está muy bien ubicado y la verdad excelente todo; fuimos también al spa y genial; se paga aparte pero está muy bien. Le damos 5 estrellas.

Lo mejor las piscinas y la ubicación. Las cenas también son variadas y temáticas cada noche.
The rooms are outdated (at least the 2 that I could see from tower 2). We also had several setbacks, the toilet was always leaking water, the water leaked from the shower (despite having a bathtub), and there were a couple of nights when the cold water went out while you were showering, you had to wait for it to come back and be careful not to burn yourself with the hot water (very dangerous if you leave a child bathing alone). And last but not least, there were invaders in the restaurant (cockroaches), something terrible for it to be the dining area and the supervisor just limited himself to telling us that it had already been reported. Also, they didn't let you into the restaurant if you were wearing leggings or any "see-through" garment, which I find absurd for a beach hotel. And every time I asked for the baby high chair, it was all dirty from the previous use of some other child, they didn't have the initiative to clean it before delivering it.
Las habitaciones están anticuadas (al menos las 2 que pude ver de la torre 2). También tuvimos varios contratiempos, el váter quedaba botando agua siempre, el agua se salía de la ducha (a pesar de ser con bañera), y hubo un par de noches que se iba el agua fría mientras te bañabas, había que esperar a que volviera y tener cuidado de no quemarte con el agua caliente (peligrosísimo si dejas a un niño sólo bañándose). Y por último y no menos importante, habían invasores en el restaurante (cucarachitas), algo terrible para ser el área de comer y el supervisor sólo se limitó a decirnos que ya lo habían reportado. Además no te dejaban entrar al restaurante si ibas en mallas o cualquier prenda "transparente", lo cual me parece absurdo siendo un hotel de playa. Y todas las veces que pedí la trona para el bebé, estaba toda sucia del uso anterior de algún otro niño, no tenían la iniciativa de limpiarla antes de entregarla.

Las instalaciones comunes del hotel son muy completas.
The rooms on the 3rd floor, or at least mine, leave much to be desired in terms of the price, which even as a "deal" turns out expensive for what it is. It's not just the lack of a terrace or balcony as advertised, and the photos of other rooms with those amenities not being true to reality. But also, for a 4-star hotel, the services and furniture were not well-maintained, not to mention the views and the noise from all the air conditioning units and engines that could be heard. It's not just about not having a balcony, it's about the room in general. They shouldn't show the lowest building of the Bali in the same photos and conditions as the tower because it's more like a roadside inn than that kind of hotel. There wasn't even shampoo, the furniture was outdated and poorly maintained, and the bathroom's false ceiling could collapse at any moment. It was not a pleasant experience.
Las habitaciones de la 3 planta o por lo menos la mia deja mucho q desear con respecto al precio que incluso siendo un "chollo" sale cara para conforme era. No simplemente ha sido la d no tener terraza o balcon como se ofertaba y q las fotos d otras habitaciones si esas prestaciones no eran fieles a la realidad. Sino q ademas para ser un hotel d 4 estrellas los servicios y los muebles no estaban cuidados sin hablar d las vistas y el ruido de todos los aparatos d aire y motores q se oian. Ya no es no tener balcon es la habitacion en general. Que no pongan el edificio mas bajo del bali en las mismas fotos ni condiciones q la torre pq corresponde mas a un hostal de carretera q a ese tipo de hotel. Por no haber no habia ni champú, los muebles obsoletos y nada cuidados y el falso techo del baño podia caer por ahi cualkier bicho. No ha sido una experiencia agradable.

Lo que más hemos disfrutado ha sido la piscina. A pesar de ser un hotel con mucha gente, no estaban masificadas, las hemos podido disfrutar sin problema, al igual que el buffet. Había dos y eso reparte la gente.
