The dining room is not cleaned daily (there are crumbs on chairs, rugs, toasters, etc.), the food is very ordinary, without any novelty. Some waiters are not very friendly. Drinks are very expensive compared to other hotels of better quality.

Todo correcto con respecto a los trabajadores del hotel, profesionales y amables. La ubicación estupenda y las actividades ofertadas para grandes y pequeños estaban bien.
The hotel's aesthetics are stuck in the 90s. They have given a facelift to the main areas but have forgotten about the rooms; rusty bathtubs, furniture with scratches everywhere, the TV didn't work nor did the wifi... The buffet is of low quality, a real shame that there are 4-star hotels in that condition.
La estetica del hotel está anclada en los 90. Le han hecho un lavado de cara a zonas comunes pero se han olvidado de las habitaciones; bañeras oxidadas, muebles con roces por todos lados, la tele no funcionaba ni el wifi… El buffet de baja calidad, una autentica pena que haya hoteles con 4 estrellas en ese estado.
