La comida muy buena y el personal de cocina estupendo, se preocupan mucho por el tema de alergias e intolerancias. Las habitaciones amplias y con terraza. Las actividades entretenidas tanto para niños como para adultos, las chicas de animación muy majas y encantadoras con los niños.
The room cleaning leaves much to be desired, since we arrived there was dust, under the extra bed there was still a water bottle who knows for how long, lint under the beds, the terrace is not even bothered to clean it, all the floor full of sand and even leftovers of potato chips from previous guests. The daily cleaning consisted of making the beds and nothing else, the towels are not changed either. The area is a shame, it is next to the Mar Menor which is completely abandoned, but this is solved by taking the car to go to Mediterranean beaches.
La limpieza de las habitaciones deja mucho que desear, desde que llegamos había polvo, debajo de la cama supletoria aún había una botella de agua que a saber el tiempo que llevaba, pelusas debajo de las camas, la terraza ni se molestan en limpiarla todo el suelo lleno de arena e incluso restos de patatas fritas de anteriores huéspedes. La limpieza diaria era subir las sabanas y nada más, las toallas tampoco las cambian. La zona es una pena, está junto al mar menor que está completamente abandonado, pero se solventa cogiendo coche para ir a playas del mediterráneo.

Ha estado todo bien las playas un poco lejos las que habían cerca estaban regular con algas y fango en hotel casi todo bien gracias
The cleanliness even though we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, they didn't provide us with towels. There were 3 of us in the room and we had to manage with the towels they gave us on the first day. They didn't do any cleaning in general while we were there. Cleaning was terrible, thank you.
