El hotel increíble...habitaciones enormes y limpias todo super nuevo... las piscinas preciosas la de la terraza un sueño y el personal super amable...
El camarero de la terraza un chico italiano estaba siempre de mal humor con cara de asco decía insultos al aire yo entiendo italiano y buff eso me dio mal rollo y me da pena que ha sido lo único negativo... lo demás simplemente espectacular...

El hotel es fantástico, Estival group es una garantía. Ubicado frente al mar a estrenar con excelente trato e instalaciones.
Cómo puntos a mejorar y sabiendo que todavía están dando últimos retoques debo decir que un hotel de 4 * superior no debería permitir que los clientes entren al comedor como si fueran o vengan de la playa , algunos con bañador mojado e incluso con la toalla atada, o con la parte de arriba del bikini sin cubrir. Es el comedor que menos que unas normas de vestimenta mínimas que no están de más en un hotel de esta categoría.

El hotel esta fenomenal, junto al mar. Personal muy amable y en general todo bien.
As suggestions: I think there is a lack of baby changing tables in the hotel's common bathrooms or I didn't see them. I also missed trash cans near the sinks in the common bathrooms. Some more variety in the buffet, and also plugs and shower gel in the courtesy changing room of the spa. But I think they will gradually add it, they have recently opened.
Como sugerencias: creo que faltan cambiadores para bebés en los baños de uso común del hotel o yo no los vi. También eche de menos papeleras en la parte de los grifos de los baños comunes.
