Hotel muy bueno, Excelente relación calidad precio, El personal super amable y resolutivo.Estubimos 4 días muy cómodos, con piscina, Al lado un Centro Comercial "El Tormes" muy bien comunicado tanto para visitar Salamanca en bus como para hacer turismo en coche por sus pueblos. Fue una elección acertadísima para nuestros planes de conocer la Provincia de Salamanca.

Nos ha gustado mucho todo. El trato de la recepcionista a la entrada que estuvo muy simpática con mi peque y nos recomendó el bus 20 para ir al centro, nos dió papel con los horarios y otras cosas, un gusto. El baño en la pisci fue genial, el socorrista muy majo, atento a sacarnos tumbonas. La habitación espaciosa, con temperatura ideal, no pasamos nada de calor.Y el desayuno está ajustado según calidad-precio. Dejamos el coche en el parking de delante y se veía desde la habitación. La ubicación del hotel tb nos gustó, a 5 min del centro en bus y con un centro comercial con sala de cine en frente. Gracias por todo. Os lo recomendamos. Salamanca es una ciudad con mucho encanto.

La ubicación del hotel es buena, a unis 2km de Salamanca y al lado de un centro comercial y de supermercados.
El hotel pasable, la limpieza bien pero la moqueta de la habitación, horrible.
The breakfast was terrible, the woman in charge was very lacking in people skills and attention. The guy was the only one working. The face in the room, dealing with all the complaints and requests. The food was awful... the fuses blew when the 2 coffee machines and the 2 toasters were on, leaving the dining room without light... We can adapt to all situations but a hotel should not allow itself to provide this kind of service, better not provide it. Some minimum standards must be met.
El desayuno fatal, la choca encargada, muy pocas dotes de relación con los huéspedes y de atención. El chico es el que daba solo. La cara en la sala, haciendo frente a todas las quejas y requerimientos. La comida nefasta... los plomos saltaban cuando las 2 maquinas de café y las 2 tostadoras estaban en marcha dejando al salón sin luz.... . Nos adaptamos a todas las situaciones pero un hotel no debe permitirse dar este tipo de servicio, mejor no darlo. Unos mínimos se han de cumplir.

Estancia correcta. Pero es una pena que un establecimiento con buenas instalaciones, tanga la mayoría inutilizadas. Piscina cerrada (junio en Salamanca a 35ª), nevera de la habitación no funciona, desayuno correcto pero mejorable con poco esfuerzo, sin servicio de cafeteria, y lo que de verdad no comprendo que no tengan servicio de recepción de 23 a 7 h.

Muy buena opción calidad/precio y a 5min en coche de Salamanca.
The breakfast was very basic. Upon entering the room, there was a smell of tobacco, which we assumed was from the carpet. The receptionist told us that for bookings through Jump2spain.com, rooms with separate beds are assigned instead of double beds. Then why is there an option to request a double bed if they are going to give you singles? Does booking here give you less rights than other websites?? We didn't like that, although after my complaint they changed us to a double bed room (we appreciate the gesture).
El desayuno muy básico. Al entrar en la habitación habia olor a tabaco, imaginamos que de la moqueta. Que la recepcionista nos dijera que para las reservas del Buscounchollo se asignan habitaciones con camas separadas y no de matrimonio. Entonces para que está la opción de solocitar cama de matrimonio si te van a poner individuales? Reservar por aqui te da menos derecho que por otros webs?? Eso no nos gustó, aunque tras mi queja nos cambio a una de matrimonio.(le agradecemos el detalle).

The worst thing about breakfast is the most shabby!! Stale bread and 4 donuts and croissants (of course from a really bad bag) from a week ago. Let's just say, not to repeat!!! There is no staff, everything is done through video calls or phone. They assigned us a room and upon arrival it was dirty and no one had made the beds. They changed it for us and when we arrived at night, the keys wouldn't work. You have to call and ask for another key from the safe... The shower faucet was half hanging... In short, not a place to return to. Where there are people, everything else can take a back seat!!!
Lo peor el desayuno es lo mas cutre!! Pan duro y 4 donuts y croasanes( por supuesto de bolsa malisimod) de hace una semana .vamos que para no repetir !!!
No hay personal todo es por videollamada o telefono. Nos firron una habitacion y al llegar esta sucia y win hacer las camas. Nos la cambiaron y al llegar de noche no abrian las llaves. Llama por telefono y que te den otra llave del cajetin... El grifo de la dicha medio colgando... En fon para no volver. Donde haya personas que se quite todo lo demas!!!
