Tourism tax

La ubicación es muy bueno. Frente a la playa. La comida abundante y variada y el personal atento.
They should make some reforms, the rooms are old, the room phone does not work, it's just for show, the air conditioning is poor. Overall, it needs a renovation and a bit more cleaning.
Deberían realizar algunas reformas , las habitaciones están viejas, el teléfono de la habitación no funciona, esta de adorno, el aire acondicionado es deficiente. En términos generales, necesita una renovación y un poco mas de limpieza.

La ubicacion del hotel espectacular..a dos pasos de la playa
Yes..the food is quite basic and there was always something missing...even at 10.10 they remove the coffee machine..they don't change towels and don't even make the bed..I've done everything myself without any problems.

"In the room, the TV had horn antennas, which left me perplexed because, of course, it didn't work. The reception staff changed my room, very professional. On the last day, there was no hot water, it needs urgent renovation. I don't know how they can sell rooms in a 4-star hotel in those conditions. There were water leaks coming out of the room. The management leaves much to be desired, but the staff is very professional. I feel sorry for them, but I won't return to the Alegria chain."
En la habitación la tele estaba con antena de cuernos lo cual me dejo perplejo por supuesto no funcionaba, el personal de recepción me cambio la habitación muy profesionales y el último día sin agua caliente necesita una reforma urgente no se como pueden vender habitaciones un hotel de 4 ☆ en esas condiciones habían fugas de agua que salían por la habitación la gerencia deja mucho que desear pero el personal muy profesional me sabe mal por ellos pero no volveré a la cadena Alegria 👎

Buena ubicación del hotel. La limpieza de las habitaciones correcta.
In the offer description, it advertised a superior 4-star hotel and we felt deceived as soon as we entered. The provided services do not reflect that range at all. Additionally, the room smelled musty and damp, and the air conditioning grille was rusty and seemed to harbor mold.
En la descripción de la oferta anunciaba hotel de 4 estrellas superior y nos sentimos engañados tan solo al entrar. Los servicios proporcionados no reflejan para nada esa categoría. A parte, la habitación olía a cerrado y a humedad y la rejilla del aire acondicionado estaba oxidada y parecía albergar moho.

The bathroom in room 250 had rusty screws on the bottom of the toilet and there was a strong smell of urine.

Poor placement of the tables at the back of the restaurant as all the food is located at the entrance.
