Tourism tax

Pet Policy

Ubicación
To get to the room with the suitcases you have to go on an excursion, the elevator doesn't work because it leaves you super far from the room.
The hotel should change the very dirty and old carpets.
Scant buffet.

Lo que más he disfrutado ha sido de los trabajadores tan buenos que hay y profesionales, empezando por monse que es una bellísima persona y tiene un trato increíble con la gente, después luci y malik en recepción son super acogedores. En general el trato super bueno, las instalaciones no están mal.
The first thing is a 4-star hotel ?? I highly doubt it, leaves much to be desired. One day we went to the hotel to eat and I prefer hospital food over eating there. Then we stayed for 4 nights and the only thing they changed in the room was the towel on the floor, when it's supposed to be a 4-star hotel... Usually when you go to a 4-star hotel they always give you something as a detail like a bathrobe or slippers, but not here, you won't find anything like that. We've been here for 4 nights and the only thing the cleaning staff did was change the towel for the feet in 4 nights and make the bed because when I entered the room after they cleaned, it was the same or worse... It seems embarrassing to me that in 4 nights they only changed the towel for the feet, for a 4-star hotel... Honestly, a disgrace of a 4-star hotel, I would only come back to greet their workers...
Lo primero es un hotel de 4 estrellas ?? Lo dudo mucho, deja mucho que desear 1 día que fuimos al hotel a comer y prefiero la comida de hospital antes que comer ahí, después hemos estado 4 noches y lo único que nos cambiaron de la habitación fueron la toalla del suelo, cuando es un hotel de 4 estrellas...
Normalmente cuando vas a un hotel de 4 estrellas siempre regalan algo como detalle un albornoz unas chanclas, no aquí no te vas a encontrar nada de eso.
Hemos estado 4 noches y las limpiadoras lo único que han echo ha sido cambiar la toalla de los pies en 4 noches y hacer la cama por qué cuando entre en la habitación después de que hayan limpiado, estaba igual o peor... Vergonzoso me parece que en 4 noches solo nos cambien la toalla de los pies, para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas... Sinceramente una verguenza de hotel 4 estrellas, solo volvería ha saludar a sus trabajadores...

Menos mal que no hicimos caso a los malos comentarios. Si que es verdad que está un poco antiguo pero pero por lo demás sitio genial que no dudaríamos en volver. Zona muy tranquila a 5min andando a la playa y que no está masificada, muy familiar. El personal del hotel encantadores y muy atentos. Hemos viajado con nuestra perrilla y nos lo han puesto todo muy fácil. La comida buenísima toda y tenías donde elegir.

El buffet es de los mejores en los que hemos comido en cuanto a hoteles se trata, se esmeran por siempre poner comida fresca y caliente... los niños tienen buena comida y los adultos también
