La zona donde se ubica el hotel.
Cleaning of rooms and main areas, and housekeeping staff plus camaraderie, it cannot be that cleaning products are left in the middle of the hallways for two full days in a hotel with children and pets, and you hear the housekeeping staff asking each other what that is doing there, and one answering "that was there when I arrived", and not removing it, a nonsense, the buffet, well the workers do what they can with what they have and are given, notably low-quality food, with overwhelmed cooks, IT'S NOT LOGICAL 2 COOKS FOR OVER 500 BREAKFASTS! I say they do what they can, because they were not seen standing around either, and the dining room is not prepared to serve that volume of meals.
Limpieza de las habitaciones y zonas comunes, y las camareras de pisos más compañerismo, no puede ser que dejen en mitad de los pasillos productos de limpieza durante dos dias completos, en un hotel con niños y mascotas, y escuches a las camareras de pisos preguntar una a la otra que hace eso ahí, y contestarle "eso estaba ahí cuando yo llegué", y no quitarlo, un despropósito, el buffet, bueno los Trabajadores hacen lo que pueden con lo que tienen y les dan, comida de notable baja calidad, con cocineros sobrepasados, ¡NO ES LÓGICO 2 COCINEROS PARA MÁS DE 500 DESAYUNOS! Ya digo ellos hacen llo que pueden, por que tampoco se les veía parados.y el comedor, no está preparado para dar ese volumen de comidas.

What we liked the least were the queues for the restaurant but it is understandable because the hotel was fully booked, I would improve the pool bathrooms, they need a little renovation.

La limpieza de la habitación muy bien, lo demás desastroso. Empezando por el aparcamiento, siguiendo por la comida de buffet ( por llamarlo de alguna manera).
The truth is a shame because we have been to other hotels in the same chain and this one doesn't even reach 3 stars. The queues for the dining room and the elevators are endless, a tray with "bread peaks as food"?, the one next to it had bagged potato chips, always the same type of cheese on a tray, and the cleanliness of dishes, glasses, and cutlery in the dining room is lamentable. When there was food, there were no plates or vice versa. In short, we will certainly not return nor recommend it.
La verdad es una pena ya que hemos estado en otros hoteles de la misma cadena y este más bien no llega ni aún 3 estrellas. Las colas para el comedor y los ascensores eternas, una bandeja con "picos de pan como comida" 😯, la de al lado patatas chips de bolsa, queso siempre una bandeja con la misma clase y la limpieza de platos, vasos y cubiertos en el comedor es lamentable. Cuando había comida no había platos o viceversa. En fin, desde luego no volveremos ni lo recomendamos.

Las piscinas estaban bien.
We had an accident in the room, a broken chair caused a family member to fall, and up to 30 minutes after the notice, they did not call an ambulance, they sent a lifeguard from the pool when it was closed. The follow-up to the incident has been deplorable. Until we arrived from the hospital the next day (he suffered a concussion and had 4 staples put in his head) and I requested a complaint form, no one asked how he was, nor did they call me knowing that he was transported by ambulance disoriented and having lost a lot of blood. Tuvimos un accidente en la habitacion, una silla rota causo la caida de un familiar y hasta 30 minutos despues del aviso no llamaron a la ambulancia, emviaron a un socorrista de la piscina cuando esta cerro. El seguimiento del incidente ha sido lamentable. Hasta q no llegamos del hospital al dia siguiente (sufrio una conmocion y le pusieron 4 grapas en la cabeza) y solicite una hoja de reclamaciones nadie preguntó como estaba, ni me llamaron sabiendo q fue trasladado en ambulancia desorientado y habiendo perdido mucha sangre. Estoy muy descontenta con el trato, veremos como se soluciona todo esto.

We ran out of water without being explicitly notified that the breakdown was due to lack of water, and in the afternoon the toilet was used but we couldn't flush it until around 10:30 p.m. We also couldn't take a shower that night.
