General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: The first child benefits from a 50% discount, The second child benefits from a 50% discount

About the ticket per person for 2 consecutive days to PortAventura Park:
- Your ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days, and must be used in the following order:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
- This order cannot be changed.
- You can start enjoying your ticket on any day of your stay, you choose! Once activated, it will be valid for that day and the following one.
- Please note that if you do not use the second day, no refund will be possible.

Important information about Ferrari Land:
- Ferrari Land is closed on some dates.
- The cost shown already reflects the closure of Ferrari Land.

If you're booking with Full Board:
- Important Information: the first meal included is dinner, and, therefore, the last meal is lunch on your departure day.

La piscina muy buena.
Baja calidad de la comida. El personal del bufet nos recogió toda la mesa en varias ocasiones pensando que nos habíamos ido cuando estabamos cogiendo comida. Dejábamos los cubiertos en la mesa y apilábamos los platos a un lado para que los pudieran retirar, pero recogían toda la mesa igual igual. Al final tuvimos que dejar objetos personales en la mesa para que no pensaran que nos habíamos ido.

El hotel es un tres estrellas al que se le podría poner una estrella más. Las instalaciones, las habitaciones y en general todo el hotel está muy bien. El buffet es variado y está bien. Limpieza bien.
En general el trato de todo el personal desde recepción, chicas del comedor, chicas de la limpieza es cortés. Solo cortés. No son nada simpáticos. Excepto Naima, responsable del comedor que siempre te recibe con una sonrisa. Creo que no estaría mal como propósito de mejora ser un poco más amables con los huéspedes.

The worst thing was the receptionists a bit lost with many details we asked about.
