General discounts:
- Children from 2 to 11 years old: The first child benefits from a 50% discount, The second child benefits from a 50% discount

Activities
About the ticket per person for 2 consecutive days to PortAventura Park:
- Your ticket is valid for 2 consecutive days, and must be used in the following order:
- Day 1: access to PortAventura® Park and Ferrari Land.
- Day 2: access to PortAventura® Park.
- This order cannot be changed.
- You can start enjoying your ticket on any day of your stay, you choose! Once activated, it will be valid for that day and the following one.
- Please note that if you do not use the second day, no refund will be possible.

Important information about Ferrari Land:
- Ferrari Land is closed on some dates.
- The cost shown already reflects the closure of Ferrari Land.

If you're booking with Full Board:
- Important Information: the first meal included is dinner, and, therefore, the last meal is lunch on your departure day.

La piscina muy buena.
Low quality of food. The buffet staff cleared our table several times thinking we had left while we were getting food. We left the cutlery on the table and stacked the plates on one side so they could be taken away, but they cleared the whole table anyway. In the end, we had to leave personal items on the table so they wouldn't think we had left.
Baja calidad de la comida. El personal del bufet nos recogió toda la mesa en varias ocasiones pensando que nos habíamos ido cuando estabamos cogiendo comida. Dejábamos los cubiertos en la mesa y apilábamos los platos a un lado para que los pudieran retirar, pero recogían toda la mesa igual igual. Al final tuvimos que dejar objetos personales en la mesa para que no pensaran que nos habíamos ido.

El hotel es un tres estrellas al que se le podría poner una estrella más. Las instalaciones, las habitaciones y en general todo el hotel está muy bien. El buffet es variado y está bien. Limpieza bien.
In general, the treatment of all staff from reception, dining room girls, and cleaning ladies is courteous. Only courteous. They are not at all friendly. Except for Naima, the dining room manager who always welcomes you with a smile. I think it wouldn't hurt to make it a goal to be a little friendlier to guests.
