Pet Policy
This accommodation allows pets with the following conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg/pet
- Price: 15 €/night and pet
- A maximum of 1 pet per room is allowed, as long as it is not a dangerous breed.
- Pets may be left alone in the room. Please note that a "do not disturb" sign must be posted.
- They may accompany you to the bar and restaurant as long as they stay in the terrace area.
- You can rent a bed with a drinking and feeding bowl by leaving a deposit of 20€. The amount will be refunded upon departure when you return the bed and bowls.

Hotel cuidado. Atención de los trabajadores buena, aparcamiento gratuito fuera del recinto. Hay buena animación y actividades de todo tipo dentro del hotel.
The service in the dining room is non-existent, they do not accept cash payments there, the buffet is very much in need of improvement, there is never anyone at the entrance of the dining room to jot down your room number, anyone can enter, the spa is for an additional fee, the pool is dirty, and the gym is incomplete.

La amplitud de la habitación y el trato del personal. Hay muy poco servicio y trabajan muchísimo, aún así no llegan a cubrir todos los servicios para tanta gente.
The food is a disaster, very little and repetitive, there is no variety, for six days we have eaten the same thing. Basic things are missing like olives, jam, the color of the deli meat was very suspicious and we believe it is the same trays they brought out day after day... I have never seen mortadella of such a color... not to mention the breaded chicken breast that looked like pieces of charcoal... the croissants were half-baked... on the third day we ended up with digestive colic because of the uncooked dough. The hygiene and maintenance of the facilities is deplorable... the color of the pool water gets a little cloudier every day... the first day in the room I got a fake nail stuck in me, who knows from whom... everywhere you looked there were dirty glasses scattered throughout the hotel. The location is another important issue to mention: there are more bumps than on a rollercoaster... it's better to go with a 4x4. And if you smoke, it's better to bring two cartons, smoke one and sell the other, since going to buy cigarettes is a whole odyssey... the first night took more than an hour to buy cigarettes. The entertainment is torturous... Only aimed at French and Germans... nothing in Spanish... there was a French lady staying there singing, or rather shouting, at the karaoke every night... it could be heard perfectly from our room.
La comida es un desastre, muy poca y repetitiva, no hay nada variedad, durante los seis días hemos comido lo mismo. Faltan cosas tan básicas como olivas, mermelada, el color del embutido era muy sospechoso y creemos q es la mismas bandejas que la sacaban día tras dia..nunca he visto una mortadela de semejante color. ..por no hablar de la pechuga rebozada que parecía trozos de carbón..la croassanteria la ponen a medio hacer ..el tercer día acabamos con cólico digestivo a causa de la masa sin cocer. La higiene y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones es lamentable...el color del agua de la piscina cada día un poco más turbio.. el primer día en la habitación me clave una uña postizas de vete a saber quién.. allá donde mirabas había vasos sucios distribuidos a lo largo y ancho del hotel. La ubicación es otro tema importante a comentar : hay más vadenes que en la montaña rusa .. mejor ir con todoterreno. Y si fumas es mejor llevar dos cartones, uno te lo fumas y el otro lo puedes vender , ya que para ir a comprar tabaco es toda una odisea.. la primera noche más de una hora para comprar tabaco.
La animación es tortuosa ... Sólo dirigida a franceses y alemanes ..nada en español..había una señora francesa hospedada cantando por no decir gritando en el karaoke Todas las noches.. q se oía perfectamente desde nuestra habitación.

Los servicios y la habitación. Los camareros han sido muy agradables y eficientes teniendo en cuenta el poco personal para la personas que habían en el comedor.
The worst part was that the meals were repeated daily. On the other hand, a group of French people arrived who thought that the hotel and especially the pool loungers were theirs. In fact, a woman attacked me with a lounger because she claimed it bothered her. If they wanted to take a lounger, they should do the same as the Spaniards and wake up early. And not satisfied with that, they would cut in line to take the loungers. The truth is that I have had a very bad experience with the atmosphere created by the French, one of them even attacked an 8-year-old boy with a paper racket and the police were involved. Honestly, with the atmosphere currently in the hotel, I doubt I will return (even though I was there last year too). They also need to improve the entertainment.
Lo peor es que se repetían diariamente las comidas. Por otro lado, han llegado una serie de franceses que se creían qué el hotel y sobre todo las amacas de la piscina eran suyas. De hecho una mujer me agredió con una amaca por que según ella le molestaba. Si querían coger sitio en las amacas, que hieran lo mismo que los españoles, madrugar. Y ni contento con ellos se saltaban la cola para coger las amacas. La verdad es que he tenido una muy mala experiencia con el ambiente creado por los franceses, incluso uno de ellos agredió a un niño de 8 años con la raqueta de papel y se llevó la policía. Sinceramente, con el ambiente que se vive actualmente en el hotel, dudo que vuelva a ir (y eso que el año pasado también estuve). También tienen que mejorar el tema de animación.
