La piscina exterior y el personal, que siempre estaba atento
A crazy hotel. It took us 2 hours to check in. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were horrible. Endless queues, nervous people, sliding to get a table, little food, etc. The first day there were families who were left without dinner, because the queue was very long and at 21:30h they closed the dining room and they could not enter. It got out of hand. Nefarious management of a weekend. No explanation or any act of correction by the hotel.
Una locura de hotel. Para hacer el “check in” estuvimos 2 horas. El desayuno, la comida y la cena fueron horribles. Colas interminables, la gente nerviosa, corredizas para coger una mesa, comida escasa, etc. El primer día hubo familias que se quedaron sin cenar, porque la cola era larguísima y a las 21:30h cerraban el comedor y no pudieron entrar. Se les fue de las manos. Gestión nefasta de un fin de semana. Ninguna explicación ni ningún acto de corrección por parte del hotel.

Lo que me gustó fue la animación de un DJ. Fue genial, música, ambiente de todos los que se alejaban en este hotel.
We had to wait an hour and a half to get our room. Crowds of people to check in. Queues to access the dining room. Housekeeping service opening the door of our room to clean without having handed in the keys at the front desk. A disaster.
Tuvimos que esperar una hora y media para que nos dieran la habitación. Colapso de gente para hacer el checkin. Colas para poder acceder al comedor. Servicio de limpieza abriendo la puerta de nuestra habitación para limpiar sin haber entregado las llaves de salida en recepción. Un desastre.

L' hotel és bonic i ben cuidat,instal.lacions en bon estat.
El check- in un desastre,dues hores d' espera dempeus.El servei de menjador insuficient,el menjar millorable,safates buides sense repondre, franja horària insuficient. Cues llarguíssimes a l' hora del sopar,de mitja hora d' espera dempeus. He presentat full de reclamacions a l' hotel i tinc cita amb l' advocat de consum municipal per presentar la denúncia pertinent. Mai no m' havia trobat un servei tan desastrós.

El spa y la piscina, las habitaciones, todo en general menos el tema del restaurante
Hicimos 1 hora y media para hacer el check-in, ya que era a partir de las 15 y se acúmulo toda la gente, en el restaurante se peleaban por mesa y por comida, teniamos que ir de uno en uno a buscar comida porque si te descuidabas te quitaban la mesa.Tambien a la hora de cenar todos bajábamos a la misma hora y llegaba la cola hasta la 4rta planta, parecía el titánic
