La habitación súper limpia, la comida muy buena y mucha variedad, el personal encantador y un sitio súper tranquilo.
Hay muy pocas hamacas en la piscina y se llenan enseguida, y aunque no se pueden reservar la gente deja ahí la toalla bien temprano y no hay quien los mueva, ósea que si quieres coger una tendrás que hacer lo mismo porque no hay muchas tampoco.

On the hotel's website it says there is a shuttle service to the beach, but that no longer exists.

Pasamos los días en la piscina madrugando para coger hamaca ya que es imposible coger 1 libre y ay gente que desde las habitaciones que dan a la piscina tiran la toalla por la terraza y se cogen sus hamacas y nadie del hotel dice nada hacen vista gorda

The beds are uncomfortable, the rooms are big but the mattresses need to be changed. We only have a complaint about reception, they told us they would call us when the room was ready at 4:15, we went to see if they would give us the room and they gave us the wrong one, since ours was supposed to have a sea view. We went back to reception and they had to confirm that the sea view was correct, which wasted more time. They changed us to another room, but the sea view had 2 palm trees in front, so you pay more for the view and it's not as advertised.

Solo tenemos queja de recepción nos dijeron que nos llamarían cuando la habitación estuviera lista a las 16,15 fuimos a ver si ya nos daban la habitación y nos dieron una equivocada ya que la nuestra era con vistas al mar volvimos a recepción y tuvieron que confirmar que era correcto lo de vistas al mar con lo cual más tiempo perdido nos cambiaron a otra pero las vistas al mar eran con 2 palmeras delante con lo cual pagas más por las vistas y no es como dice la oferta

Todo top. La comida sencilla y buena, Poca variedad pero buena calidad. Limpieza top. Personal top.
Piscina limpia y amplia. La ubicación tiene una cosa buena y es que por su situación, es tranquilo y con fácil aparcamiento, al final es una urbanización y eso se nota.
The downside of the location is that you have to make an extra effort to walk there. The uphill walk is steep but the hotel offers a free taxi service to take you up and down near the beach.
Lo malo de la ubicación, es que hay que hacer un esfuerzo extra para llegar andando. La subida es pronunciada pero el hotel ofrece un servicio de taxi gratis para subir y bajar cerca de la playa.
