It is a perfect hotel as it is elegant, modern, and with options for adults (gym, spa, bar...) but at the same time, everything is ready for children/families (plenty of high chairs in the restaurant, billiard room/table football, area with ball pit for children, etc). Car Park is convenient depending on when you leave.

Excellent 10 Alicia Travelled with couple July 2025 A very modern and very new hotel overall, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very large and spacious. The food is buffet style, there are not many dishes but what is available is very good. The chef cooks very well.

Two weeks before going, I sent them an email proposing to do a self-care workshop. They didn't reply, when I arrived I mentioned it to the person in charge, and it took a day to tell me that he had consulted with marketing and although they found the idea wonderful, it conflicted with other brands they collaborate with. I have been dedicated to this for many years, I have done these workshops in countless hotels and they had never told me no, let alone with this excuse and telling me the day before I left. If they had replied earlier, we wouldn't have gone. A shame because the hotel is nice, but we won't go back.

No me contestaron, cuando llegue lo comenté con el encargado, y tardo un día para decirme que lo había consultado con marketing y aunque les parecía maravillosa la idea, entraba en conflicto con otras marcas con las que colaboran. Llevo muchos años dedicándome a esto, he hecho estos talleres en infinitos hoteles y jamás me habían dicho que no y menos con está excusa y diciéndomelo un día antes de irme. Si me Hubieran contestado antes no hubiéramos ido. Una lástima porque el hotel está bien, pero no volveremos.

Excellent 10 Ignacio Travelled with family August 2025 Great for going with children. Spacious rooms, excellent treatment by the hotel staff, and very good breakfasts and dinners. It is a perfect hotel as it is elegant, modern, and with options for adults (gym, spa, bar...) but at the same time, everything is ready for children/families (plenty of high chairs in the restaurant, billiard room/table football, area with ball pit for children, etc). Car Park is convenient depending on when you leave.
Estupendo para ir con niños. Habitaciones espaciosas, trato magnífico del personal del hotel, y desayunos y cenas muy buenas. Es un hotel perfecto ya que es elegante, moderno y con opciones para adultos (gym, spa, bar...) pero a la vez todo está listo para los niños / familias (tronas de sobra en el restaurante, sala de billar / futbolin, recinto con piscina de bolas para los pequeños, etc). Aparcamiento según sales, muy cómodo.

Excellent 10 Alicia Travelled with couple July 2025 A very modern and very new hotel overall, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very large and spacious. The food is buffet style, there are not many dishes but what is available is very good. The chef cooks very well.
Un hotel muy moderno y muy nuevo todo, las camas son super cómodas y habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosas. La comida es buffet libre, no hay muchos platos pero lo que hay está muy bueno. El cocinero cocina muy bien.

Very good 10 Carolina Travelled with family July 2025 All positive. We have traveled for 3 days with a 17-month-old baby and it has been great. From the cleanliness, to the adaptation of meals for the baby, Fernando (I think that's what it said on the badge) is the guy from the bar and buffet, he is charming and super helpful. Also, all the receptionists and the breakfast girl are very nice. The food, rooms, and chiki park are also great.
Todo positivo. Hemos viajado durante 3 dias con un bebe de 17 meses y ha sido genial. Desde la limpieza, a la adaptación de comidas para el bebe, Fernando (creo que ponia eso en la chapita) es el chico del bar y buffet, es encantador y super servicial. También muy majos todos los recepcionistas y la chica del desayuno. La comida, habitaciones y chiki park super bien también.

They could put 4 beds instead of 2 beds and a sofa bed. The food is good. There is not a lot of variety, but it is sufficient and good. In my opinion, it is very correct. We could not use the spa because our children are small. But they gave us an alternative in another hotel from the same chain, some very cool heated pools, we had a great time. The ball pit is wonderful, our children had a great time.
Las habitaciones son grandes y cómodas. Las camas no son cómodas, el sofá cama es muy incómodo. Podrían poner 4 camas. En lugar de 2 camas y un sofá cama. La comida está buena. No hay mucha variedad, pero suficiente y bueno. En mi opinión es muy correcto. No pudimos usar el spa porque nuestros hijos son pequeños. Pero nos dieron una alternativa en otro hotel de la misma cadena, unas piscinas climatizadas muy chulas, lo pasamos genial. El parque de bolas es maravilloso, nuestros hijos disfrutaron muchísimo.
Two weeks before going, I sent them an email proposing to do a self-care workshop. They didn't reply, when I arrived I mentioned it to the person in charge, and it took a day to tell me that he had consulted with marketing and although they found the idea wonderful, it conflicted with other brands they collaborate with. I have been dedicated to this for many years, I have done these workshops in countless hotels and they had never told me no, let alone with this excuse and telling me the day before I left. If they had replied earlier, we wouldn't have gone. A shame because the hotel is nice, but we won't go back.
Dos semanas antes de ir les mandé un mail proponiéndoles hacer un taller de autocuidado. No me contestaron, cuando llegue lo comenté con el encargado, y tardo un día para decirme que lo había consultado con marketing y aunque les parecía maravillosa la idea, entraba en conflicto con otras marcas con las que colaboran. Llevo muchos años dedicándome a esto, he hecho estos talleres en infinitos hoteles y jamás me habían dicho que no y menos con está excusa y diciéndomelo un día antes de irme. Si me Hubieran contestado antes no hubiéramos ido. Una lástima porque el hotel está bien, pero no volveremos.
