• El personal fue, en su mayoría, amable y dispuesto a colaborar ante cualquier consulta.
• La ubicación es conveniente para desplazarse por la zona o acceder a la playa con facilidad.
• The pool areas are considerably smaller than suggested by the promotional photographs. The space is very cramped, which hinders mobility and generates some discomfort.
• The pool area rules are not respected and there is no supervision in this regard. It is common to see guests smoking, eating, booking sunbeds, or using prohibited items without any intervention from the staff.
• The buffet offers little variety and becomes repetitive after a few days. Furthermore, the food quality was not always satisfactory.
• During the nights, a high level of noise was noticeable, hindering rest. Greater supervision to ensure respect for nighttime silence would be appreciated.
In summary, while the hotel offers certain positive aspects, there are several critical points that should be addressed to align with the standard of a four-star accommodation.
• Las zonas de piscina resultan considerablemente más reducidas de lo que sugieren las fotografías promocionales. El espacio está muy comprimido, lo que dificulta la movilidad y genera cierta incomodidad.
• Las normas del área de piscinas no se respetan y no hay supervisión al respecto. Es común ver a los huéspedes fumar, comer, reservar hamacas o utilizar objetos no permitidos sin que haya intervención del personal.
• El buffet presenta poca variedad y se vuelve repetitivo al cabo de pocos días. Además, la calidad de la comida no siempre fue satisfactoria.
• Durante las noches se percibía un nivel de ruido elevado, lo que dificultaba el descanso. Se agradecería una mayor supervisión para garantizar el respeto por el silencio nocturno.
En resumen, si bien el hotel ofrece ciertos elementos positivos, hay varios puntos críticos que deberían ser atendidos para alinearse con el estándar de un alojamiento de cuatro estrellas.

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila de Calella.
Tienen varias piscinas, y toboganes acuáticos para niños y adultos.
El personal es muy agradable. Quiero hacer especial mención a la encarga de sala de comidas.
Zumo de naranja natural en el desayuno: una de las mejores cosas de desayuno - cena.
Reponen la comida con rapidez y van sacando diferentes postres.
A three-person room with two large single beds... we asked if there was any mistake and they told us that the rooms were like that.
Room of just the right size.
The bathroom hairdryer stopped every 10-15 seconds and you had to wait to use it again. So every time we wanted to use it
The shower leaks a lot of water from the hose... it literally spurts out water.
There are several (particle board) furniture pieces that are swollen and do not fit the measurements of the piece they are attached to... leaving gaps between them.

El hueco superior de la nevera de la habitación (en el que pones la mano para abrir la puerta) lleno de suciedad negra.
Tal como llegamos a la habitación, había un regaliz encima de una de las dos camas.... medio chafado....
La puerta corredera de la terracita no cerraba (no se bloqueaba...)
Habiendo avisado de que había una persona vegetariana, la variedad de la comida brilló por limitarse a: ensalada, pizza, pasta sin sabor a nada, patatas fritas y huevo duro con alguna cosa y un plato de verdura. Un día también había sopa, otro día algo más que no me acuerdo.

Muy buena ubicación,con una bolera,mini golf,etc...cerca del hotel para ir con niños.
Personal muy amable, tanto recepción como comedor.
The negative aspect is that they usually repeat the lunch menu for dinner. And when they close the pools at 7pm, the mini club for children also closes. As constructive criticism, it would be great if they adapted a larger space for the nighttime disco, some shows. Both kids and adults barely have room to dance since they do it in the same hallway as the bar.

Y que cuando cierran piscinas a las 19h también cierra el mini club para los mas pequeños..
Y como crítica constructiva, estaría muy bien que adaptarán un espacio mas grande para cuando hacen disco nocturna, algún espectáculo..
Los críos y adultos apenas tienen sitio para bailar ya que lo hacen en el mismo pasillo del bar.
