7.7 Bilal Travelled with family July 2025
The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.
Good

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.
Paella ....
Excellent
5.7 MaryJo Travelled with couple September 2025 We couldn't even enjoy the pool because we returned from the beach at 7:15 and it closes at 7:00. They made us leave the room at 10:30. So, in the end, you pay for half a day.
I don't know where the 4 stars have come from because the food leaves much to be desired. The shower towels are minimal.

10 Raquel Travelled with family September 2025 It is the second time we go. It is a hotel very prepared to go with children and that's why we go. It is true that it is not a 4-star hotel but for what we want it for, which is for our son to enjoy, it is great for us. It is all buffet, not of great quality, but it is good for not stopping eating. The dining staff is very friendly, especially Susana, she is a lovely and very attentive woman.
We do not have the all-inclusive option, I mean drinks from the bar, etc., while the English come with that type of offer. I think we should all have that option, not just the option of Full Board.

9.7 Roselyne Travelled with family September 2025 Clean welcoming hotel.
Hotel propre accueillant.
The dining hall is poorly soundproofed, you have to choose a time when the hall is not too crowded in order to be able to eat in peace.

8 Mogusu Travelled with family September 2025 The room and facilities are very good. The restaurant is quite large and there are always several fish or meat options to choose from, the breakfast juice is natural and the coffee freshly ground. The staff is very attentive. The value for money is very good.
Upon arriving, the room seemed clean, but there were two open bags of chips in the safe. The next day, at the bottom of the wardrobe, a piece of sausage or similar filled with ants. It wasn't there the day before, so I don't know if it got stuck to our shoe. In any case, we told the cleaning lady, who apologized and was very kind. The sunbed area was full, it's hard to find a spot even though it's September. I don't want to imagine how it will be in August.

7.7 Eva Travelled with family September 2025 The spa, pool, and Water Slides are very good. Although the water is cold, and the spa is too hot. It's fine for spending two or three days, I wouldn't stay longer. The staff is very nice. Our room was spacious, we were staying on the mezzanine floor.
The entertainment is great for kids, they have a blast. For adults, there was only bingo, at least during my stay. Dinner is too early, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Ideal for foreigners, but us Spaniards are not used to having dinner so early. It would be better to finish at 10 p.m. at least. The pool water is too cold, and the spa is suffocating due to the heat inside and the water - one thing is warm and another is like a brazier.

6.6 Felip Travelled with couple September 2025 We have enjoyed the sea and the beach, long walks getting to know the place and its surroundings.
It is a hotel for families with children, for us as a couple it is not a suitable hotel, a lot of noise all day, no tranquility, many foreigners, the pool always crowded and we couldn't enjoy it properly any day, at 8 in the morning all sun loungers were already reserved with towels but no one in them. In the evenings, lots of partying and noise, it is not a quiet hotel, we do not recommend it to people looking for tranquility.
