The hotel is clean and food is nice and always enough and fresh. Staff is very nice but the director is not.
Drinks are not included. The card of the room and parking is not working every day at least 2 times due to magnet issues. Parking is a walk up the hill from the hotel. Swimmingpool is fighting for a spot every day.

The food was good, but needs more varaity... missed the paella. The service was great, but some of the housekeepers were not so nice. Most of all we enjoyed pur stay.

La habitación y las instalaciones están muy bien. El restaurante es bastante grande y siempre hay varios pescados o carnes a escoger, el zumo del desayuno es natural y el café recién molido. El personal muy atento. La relación calidad/precio está muy bien.
Upon arriving, the room seemed clean, but there were two open bags of chips in the safe. The next day, at the bottom of the wardrobe, a piece of sausage or similar filled with ants. It wasn't there the day before, so I don't know if it got stuck to our shoe. In any case, we told the cleaning lady, who apologized and was very kind. The sunbed area was full, it's hard to find a spot even though it's September. I don't want to imagine how it will be in August.
Al llegar la habitación parecía limpia, pero en la caja fuerte habían dos bolsas de patatas abiertas. Al día siguiente en la parte de abajo del armario un trozo de salchichón o similar lleno de hormigas. El día anterior no estaba, así que no sé si se nos quedó a nosotros enganchado en el zapato. En cualquier caso, se lo dijimos a la señora de la limpieza que se disculpó y fue muy amable. La zona de hamacas llena, es difícil encontrar un sitio y eso que es septiembre. No quiero imaginar cómo estará en agosto.

Las habitaciones están bien en cuanto a camas. Personal en general amables exceptuando algún turno de recepción. Actividades para los peques. Para un par de días es correcto.
The room cleaning is terrible as well as the dishes in the dining room (all dirty). Basic food similar to "Paellador", lacking quality and variety. The mini club needs a review (scarce and poorly protected ball pool, lacking foam on the floor). The bathroom in the room is full of mold in the shower area and the faucet has not been cleaned with limescale remover in years.
La limpieza de la habitaciones es nefasta igual que los platos del comedor (todos sucios). Comida básica parecida a “Paellador”, falta calidad y variedad. El mini club necesita un repaso (piscina de bolas escasa y poco protegida, falta foam en el suelo). El baño de la habitación lleno de moho en la zona de la ducha y el grifo no ha sido fregado con antical en años).
