Todo muy bien. Pasamos una semana en media pensión y sin queja. La comida variada, aunque había leído comentarios que era repetitiva, pero para nosotros el desayuno y la cena, genial. Siempre con plancha de carne y pescado, ensaladas y todos los extras que puedan haber. La bebida está incluida. Hay alguna noche temática y muy bien , también. El personal super atento y amable, y las piscinas y la habitación super bien. Nos ha encantado y hemos estado muy a gusto.

Hotel familiar y tranquilo.
Personal súper amable y dispuestos ha ayudar en cualquier ámbito.
Piscinas grandes, sin demasiadas aglomeraciones .
Pistas de tenis gratuitas.
Comida de buena calidad ( faltaría algo de variedad en comida típica Murciana).
Acceso directo a las piscinas desde las habitaciones.
Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica, disfrutando del hotel , de la gran gastronomía Murciana y de los alrededores como Cartagena, Cabo de palos (playas espectaculares), San Pedro del pinatar etc...
El Hotel tiene una playa justo en frente pero es casi imposible el baño, es el Mar menor. Esta muy descuidado el entorno al Hotel aunque el Hotel esta muy cuidado. Se necesita coche para poder hacer cualquier tipo de actividad ya que esta ubicado un poco en la nada. Nosotros disfrutamos de la tranquilidad así que para nosotros no es problema.Quizás no ofertar el hotel con playa justo delante sería más correcto.
Y ajustar un poco más el precio.

Comida genial, camareros estupendos! Animación todas las chicas son estupendas, Espe y Raquel ( las demás he coincidido menos pero geniales) súper atentas y muy simpáticas, gracias por estos cuatro días estupendos! Tranquilo y con bonitas vistas.

Limpieza exterior de la piscina. Vasos y maíces de un día para otro. Limpieza interior muy justa. Es por la falta de personal.

Las habitaciones son muy grandes, camas y almohadas muy cómodas. La limpieza excelente y la comida ha sido de los mejores buffets en los que hemos estado.
Es cierto que el hotel está alejado y que dependes de coche para moverte por allí, pero la tranquilidad y poco ruido es maravillosa.

Las piscinas son maravillosas el hotel es muy nuevo muy amplio en las fechas que he estado no estaba muy congestionado el hotel y se puede acceder a todos los servicios muy bien sin esperar y sin hacer colas para nada
No solo que es un hotel estupendo y es una pena que no esté la playa más cerca porque la que hay es una porquería y te da hasta miedo pasear por fuera porque no hay nada muchas casas pero no hay nadie y no era tarde eran las 10 de la noche

El hotel tiene lo que necesitas para no salir mucho de él. La zona de piscinas es muy amplia y no hay mucho tumulto de gente. Sobretodo hay familias, lo cual lo hace ideal para ir con niños. Las habitaciones son modernas y están muy insonorizadas. La animación bastante bien también. La comida variada y las bebidas las tienes gratuitas o sea que genial. Volvería si mejorasen el tema de la limpieza y el tema de fumar.
La limpieza de las habitaciones deja bastante que desear, nosotros estuvimos 3 días sin que nos la hicieran, pero el 4 necesitábamos que almenos nos cambiasen las toallas y barriesen y fregasen el suelo, por el niño que iba descalzo más que nada, hasta las bolsas de basura las sacábamos nosotros. Pues lo solicitamos y cuando volvimos a la habitación solo nos habían hecho las camas. Ni barrido ni fregado ni nada.
Otro tema bastante indignante, es la gente que fuma, sabemos que algunos clientes son maleducados pero tampoco hay nadie que les recuerde que en el hotel no se puede fumar. Ejemplo estando en la terraza por la noche donde hay niños, algunas personas estuvieron fumando puros enormes y nadie les dijo nada, al final las familias con críos se marcharon a dormir. Después, respecto al tema de la terraza-bar, los días con más clientes solo había una chica en la barra, la pobre muchacha no daba a basto. Las hamacas de la piscina necesitan una limpieza o un cambio, las pobres están un poco perjudicadas.
