La estancia no es tan agradable, el desayuno y la cena está bien, la animación aceptable en estos dos temas es en lo único que se ven las estrellas
The old rooms smell bad, I brought my 3kg dog and they charged me €10 per day, and you can't be absolutely anywhere with the little dog; if you take her out of the room, you practically have to run out of the hotel with her. Not pet friendly at all.

La piscina y ubicación del hotel perfectas, el comedor muy bien, limpio atentos y la comida buena, el personal muy correcto.

Ya habíamos estado en este hotel. Se ha degradado mucho.
There were leaks, dirty towels. People making noise uncontrollably early in the morning throughout the hotel. We couldn't sleep. The buffet was insufficient for all the people there. The pool was dirty. And when we arrived, there was a heavy music event with music at full volume, and the bar and pool area were taken over by the event. A disaster.

El personal y servicio en general muy atentos
The nights of our stay it was raining, and water was coming in everywhere on all floors. On the 3rd floor, they had 2 rooms closed, but water was coming out of the drains into the hallway with its "smell" included. It's not a 4-star superior as advertised. It wouldn't even reach 3 stars, the maintenance is minimal.
