Information regarding Single Rooms and Family Discounts
Infants (up to 1 year old included):
- 1st child stays FREE sharing bed with 2 adults. Only possible in double and triple rooms. In case of choosing a quadruple room, the hotel will assign a bed and charge the corresponding amount.
- Traveling with 2 babies? Contact us here so we can check if it is possible to stay in the same room.
Children (from 2 to 11 years old):
In this accommodation the discounts change depending on:
- the meal plan you choose (breakfast, Half Board with Full Board or all inclusive).
- the type of room you book (triple, quadruple, with sea view...).
- the dates you travel (summer season, spring...).
For this reason, you will see the discounts already applied directly during the booking process.
Good to know:
- Discounts for children apply as long as they sleep in the same room with 2 adults or 2 people paying the adult rate.
- Children from 12 years old (included) pay the adult rate. The hotel does not make exceptions in this regard.
- The maximum capacity of the rooms is 4 people:
- If you are travelling with children, the maximum capacity is 2 adults + 2 children or infants per room.
- If you are all adults, the maximum occupancy is 3 adults per room.
- The accommodation does not admit a 5th place in the same room, whether adult, child or baby.
Do you want to book a single room? The surcharge for a single room is approximately 40% per room per night. You will see it reflected during the booking process.

Lo que más nos ha gustado ha sido la animación infantil y las piscinas , y los trabajadores en general tanto camareros ,cocineros como limpiadoras un 10! Hacen muy buen equipo
What we didn't like was that all the sunbeds were already taken from 8 in the morning and it was impossible to get one, and we thought there were too many people for such a small amount of food at the buffet, there was not enough quantity even though food kept coming out, the lines to eat were very long. The food was all delicious.

El hotel está muy bien situado,en primera línea de playa. Habitaciones recientemente reformadas,amplias y cómodas. Piscinas perfectas para niños,por los toboganes y una adicional para bañarse tranquilamente.
In all-inclusive not everything is included, for example if you want a mojito you have to pay half, it had never happened to me before. The snack schedule is very limited and with very little variety.
The buffet is somewhat repetitive, but it is varied.
The cleaning is a bit light, it should be a little better.

La habitación es muy cómoda y espaciosa, las camas perfectas y grandes, hemos descansado bastante bien. Las piscinas con toboganes son ideales para los niños y adultos. El personal es amable y servicial. Tiene bastante sitio para aparcar fuera y se accede a la playa muy rápido desde el hotel.
It's quite hot in the main areas, such as the dining room or the auditorium. The issue of sunbed bookings should be organized differently.

Hotel was really nice, room was clean and swiming pool with water slides was fun. Lifeguards did great job and took and eye on everything. Food was ok nothing special but also what you can ask in buffet, personel was helpful, in general we could come back.
My daughter was bored at the mini disco, there was really too much talking and it wasn't as fun as it should be. Also, the mini club was really small and the activities were for younger kids - an 8-year-old did not like it. This was the main downside as we were hoping for some better entertainment for the kids.

Las piscinas y toboganes sobresalen positivamente al resto de instalaciones. La cama y almohada muy cómoda, de las mejores que hemos probado en hoteles.
