The opening hours are from 10:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 20:00h.

Children from 4 to 11 years old must access the spa always accompanied by an adult in the shift from 17:00h to 18:00h. Children under 4 years old cannot access the spa.

Servicio excelente, muy atentos; hemos pasado unos cinco días muy buenos; podimos desconectar y relajarnos del día a día. La comida muy buena aunque no hay mucha variedad pero fue excelente.
The room air conditioning is a bit weak in power. The outdoor pool is small and lacks evening entertainment. But with an overall assessment: EVERYTHING VERY GOOD; if all goes well, we will return.

In the Roman bath, there were showers that did not work and the steam room had a pretty bad smell. Although the hot-cold circuit could be followed without any issues, improving these things would make it a perfect experience.
En la terma romana había duchas que no funcionaba y la sauna húmeda tenía bastante mal olor. Aunque podía seguirse el circuito frio calor sin problema mejorando estas cosas sería ya una experiencia perfecta.

They should improve the food as it is not up to the level of the four stars that the hotel claims to have. Not much variety and quality. At breakfast, there is no cook to make omelets or fried eggs, if you want them you have to pay extra.
Deberían mejorar la comida pues no está a la altura de las cuatro estrellas que pretende tener el hotel. Poca variedad y calidad. En los desayunos no hay un cocinero que prepare tortillas o huevos fritos, si los quieres tienes que pagarlo aparte.
