About the water park:

The park is scheduled to open from May 31 through September 14. These conditions may be modified by weather conditions or other factors.

The water park is a large landscaped area, with a playground for children and several Water Slides up to 9 meters high.

The minimum height to access the Water Slides is 1,10m.

The park will be open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, weather permitting, which is the most common in summer! In case the park is closed, no refund will be possible.

The last day of opening of the park is September 14, stays after this date do not include this service, as it will not be open.

Hemos disfrutado mucho el parque acuático del hotel, así como las actividades organizadas por el personal de animación. El buffet es muy correcto, aunque la variedad no es enorme, en general la comida es bastante buena. El personal en general ha sido muy amable, tanto en recepción como el personal de limpieza y el comedor. Nuestra habitación tenía una terraza enorme al estar en el último piso.
The rooms could use a renovation, they are a bit old. Our room was on the top floor and there was a sewage smell when entering.
A las habitaciones no les iría mal una renovación, son un poco antiguas. Nuestra habitación estaba en el último piso y se sentía olor a cloacas al entrar.

Teniendo en cuenta la cantidad de gente que va a Lloret para salir de fiesta, el hotel está en una ubicación muy buena...bastante alejado de todo ese jaleo pero a su vez cerca de playa, tiendas, supermercados....
Hotel familiar. Los toboganes geniales. Mencionar también los trabajadores de ambos hoteles, atentos, agradables, cercanos; siempre con una sonrisa.
Something that would change or improve would be the buffet; the food is not bad but we would have liked more variety. And extend a little more the breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Everything is very focused on people from outside.

El Aquapark es muy divertido y la ubicación cerca de la playa tb, apenas se oyen ruidos, y los chicos de recepción encantadores.En general el personal muy agradable.
The rooms need renovating, the closets have no doors.....old furniture, It doesn't seem like a 4*. The food.....my kids haven't eaten very well to be honest. But they had a great time. I don't know if I would come back.
La habitaciones falta renovar, los armarios sin puertas.....muebles antiguos, No parece un 4*.La comida .....mis hijos no han comido muy bien la verdad.Pero lo han pasado genial.No lo sé si volvería.

Hôtel avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix nous étions 2 adultes et notre fille de 3ans nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour, je recommande cet hôtel.
The automatic closing of the doors is a bit strong, but some people do not hold the door until it closes at night.
