4.4 Marina Travelled with family July 2025 To go with children the location is good, a quiet area, next to the beach with direct access and a long promenade for evening walks. The dining and cleaning staff were very nice.
This was the second year we went. The buffet could be improved. The assigned room did not correspond to the one booked, it overlooked an isolated area of the garden and despite mentioning it, their response was that if we had a problem, we should speak to the manager. With a baby and the hassle of moving suitcases, etc., we accepted to stay there. There were a lot of TIGER MOSQUITOES in the room (last year we didn't see a single one) and it was impossible to open the windows because everything came in, so we didn't even use the terrace. One night, even a horsefly appeared. The day after we arrived, we had to visit the pharmacy for repellents, yet we left with many bites (luckily the children didn't). The air conditioning was not very effective. On the last day, they didn't clean our room. A very kind cleaning lady told us that if she coincided with the children's naptime when she passed by, she would leave a note and by handing it to reception, a colleague would come to clean. That's what we did, we handed in the note for them to come, and when we returned from the beach at night, they had been there but hadn't swept, mopped, taken out the trash, or made the beds, they just left us clean towels (and one was missing). If you catch rush hour... Forget about the elevator. I had to go down from the 3rd floor by stairs with the baby in my arms and the carrycot because the elevators were full going up and down, and another one had broken down. They should be strict about the "booking" of sunbeds. At noon, there was no one at the pool but all the sunbeds in the shade were taken with towels, even though it says you can't reserve spots.

The 4th floor was noisy and hot. The air conditioning didn't cool and there was noise of dragging furniture, we assume on the terrace until dawn. The bathroom was a bit tight. The worst part of the food was the coffee and the breakfast juice.

10 Luisa M Travelled with family June 2025 The staff is very friendly, the buffet is very good, and the entertainment is also good, except for the lack of the large pool being open and the water being heated, this hotel is highly recommended.
There is only one pool for adults available, however, there is another much larger pool empty and in need of repair. It is very small when the hotel is full. It gets crowded at certain hours. Also, the pool water is unpleasantly warm from the early morning, it is like a hot tub, it does not refresh.

9.1 Raúl Travelled with family June 2025 The best thing is the location, with the beach area being not too crowded and at the entrance of the park. The food is very well cooked in general.
The pool is a bit small. The rooms may need updating, although they are fine.

5.4 Sara Travelled with family June 2025 What we have enjoyed the most is the location in relation to the beach since it is just a step away, also the drinks this year were included in the meal.
This is the third time I have gone with my young child and the hotel has deteriorated quite a bit. The large pool is full of shoe racks, the small one has like some covers with rusty screws in the middle, a park that cannot be entered due to neglect with high grass and trash with bugs that bite, the fish tank was not set up as a place for children to play, and my child could not enjoy the facilities. The room is super dirty with hairs in the bathroom, both pubic and head hair, dust... the air conditioner does not cool, nor does the refrigerator... one of the beds is damp... The hotel needs to improve in many aspects, it's a shame.

6.3 Marcos Travelled with family June 2025 The room is nice and clean, and the cleaning staff is very friendly.
There are only activities for children aged 5 to 12, we went with a 3-year-old child and they said that until July they would not open the "fish tank" so he could not participate in any activity. On the other hand, the terrace of the fifth floor was closed, the meals were very limited in terms of variety. In our case, there were 9 of us and they did not allow us to join 2 tables (separated by 20 cm), but then another group that knew the waiters came in and they had no problem joining them.

8.3 Nuria Travelled with family May 2025 For a holiday, I was thinking of relaxation, beach, and pool, it's very good and the beach is very nice.
The triple room was a bit small, the pool closed at 7, which is too early because it was very hot.
